Nikaah & Marriage Issues

Husband becoming a Sikh

Q: I am thinking about marrying a woman who has a son already from a different person who is a sikh. I know its not allowed to marry someone out of religion. But the person who was married to her converted to Islam and did nikah but after couple of years he turned back to sikhism. Now the problem is where she stands at the moment. And she is also not divorced by him too. So can I still do nikah with her because its also not allowed to do nikah on top of the nikah as I know according to Islamic point of view. Moreover she is older than me almost 17 years but my intention is only to ease her problems and give her a happy life. Your advise will also help me a lot in this matter.

Wife taking her share from the husbands money

Q: My friend and her husband are in their 60s. Children all married. They had a big house both of them owned because both worked hard to buy that house and they lived in this house for a long time Alhamdulillah. Now her husband retired and he sold the house and they now travel or live with their children one by one. He kept all that money in a secret account. She did not get anything. She wants to know can she take little by little from him without telling him? If she ask he won't allow her. But if she takes it without telling him he will never find out. Is this ok to take her share little by little without telling him. Please respond.

Adoption

Q: My mamu is a US resident and he had applied to adopt us. Everything is done from his side and the court has given it's order too. The problem is with my brother. He wants to stay here due to his friends and doesn't want to go. He argues daily with us and walks away. Can you please tell me any wazifa that can change his mind?

Dowry

Q: When marriage of a couple is commencing and the groom does not want to take any dowry from the brides family but the brides family is forcing that they want to give the things to their daughter, so does it come under dowry? If the money etc. is not taken, the relation may come under threat! What should the groom do in that situation and if it is taken then the groom will come under any sin?

Husband and wife viewing each other on Skype

Q: My husband and myself see each other on Skype naked at times because we are both living in two different countries separately for now. We are both very attracted toward each other with sexual desires. Is allowed for us to masturbate for each other. My husband likes to ejaculate with his hand and I finger myself. Please let us know if this is an allowed act in Islam if doing it for your spouse.

Abortion

Q: We have three children 6 1/2 , 5 1/2 and 3 1/2 years old  and last child is 100 % invalid. She has metabolic disease for her whole life. Doctors told us that the next child is also at risk of metabolic disease. My wife is again pregnant last few weeks. Is it possible she can have and abortion. Till how many weeks is abortion possible?

Being considerate to one's wife in regard to sexual relations

Q: Is it wrong to have a high sex drive? I love having frequint sex with my wife. Sometimes I want sex for one time 3 nights in a row or very seldom twice in one night and sumtimes once every second night. Mostly we have sex once every third to fourth night. She complains and has a problem with this because she doesn't want to wet her hair so often and its frustrates me if she refuses or when she finds a problem with this. Is this normal to feel frustrated what is the ruling about the amount of sex I can have with my wife?

Masturbation

Q: We are a relatively young couple and happily married with two children. One thing missing in our marriage is intimacy and sex. Its been like this for
the last 9 years. My wife has declared that she is no longer interested in this side of marriage and wants to be left alone. Sexual frustration and being faithful has been a huge battle and test so far and to keep this in check would occasional masturbation be allowed?

Masturbation

Q: I am a 15 year old Muslim boy. My question is that is masturbation also not allowed for teenagers who are not married. With all due respect I do not go against Quran and Hadith but this topic isn't mentioned in it specifically. I mean if masturbation stops us from zina and watching porn before marriage shouldn't it be allowed for the unmarried?
