Nikaah & Marriage Issues

Q: When the Imam leads the nikaah, does he have to ask the girl with two witnesses or just two witness is enough. In our locality people say Imam should ask the girl and they get offended if the Imam doesn't go.

Q: Are we Muslims allowed to attend marriages of non-muslims?

Q: Is it permissible to find out the gender of the child before it is born? What if not then can you please provide a brief explanation?

Q: Can I see my wifes body? Is it allowed to have bath at the same time in the bathroom?

Q: If a man's wife becomes ill and sickly and therefore she will be  unable to satisfy his sexual desires, would it be ethical for a man to get another wife or will it be unethical. The man will still dedicate his time to take care of her needs. He will not desert her. In terms of shariah, does it become compulsory for the man to get another wife if he still has a lot sexual desire in him? If he does not get another wife out of kindness and service to his first will, will this be considered as being foolish while he still has sexual desire and cannot satisfy himself with her?

Q: Is it permissible for a boy who wishes to get married to see the girl? Nowadays when the boy goes to see a girl, then they both sit and speak?
Is this permissible if done in the presence of the girls parents? I am not speaking about after the proposal is accepted by the girls party for boy and
girl to meet and speak. I know this is not permissible.

Q: My question is that I am a homosexual man and I know that it will be very hard for me to fulfil my wife's rights if I ever get married. Is marriage still fard on me  in such a case. I don't practise any homosexual acts but also so know I will never be able to have sex if I got married.

Q: Is there any Shar'i reason regarding nikah between a tablighi female and sunni male? Bear in mind the two are divorced with kids and feel they are suitable, but both are hanafi. No bidat involved only salaami on Thursday nights.

Q: If a girl masturbates about her future husband is it haraam? If yes then how could one repent?

Q: My grandfather (my dad's dad) has a cousin. He has a daughter that I want to marry is that okay?
