Husband & wife rubbing their private parts against one another with their clothes on during the wife's menses

Q: If a wife is on her menses is it permissible for a wife & husband to rub their private parts against one another with their clothes on. If not, and the husband suspected that it may be impermissible but tells his wife: I think it’s ok I am not sure. They proceed with the act. Does his statement constitute kufr?

Intercourse in the bathroom

Q: I was shocked after reading this fatwa from a whabbi site, can you please validate and answer this question:

Is it permissible for a man to have intercourse with his wife without a cover? Is it permissible to have intercourse in the bathroom? 

Praise be to Allaah.  

Yes, it is permissible for a man to have intercourse with his wife without a cover, and it is also permissible to have intercourse in the bathroom, but that means that he will be going against the Sunnah by not mentioning Allaah beforehand. Perhaps you know that the Sunnah, when a man wants to have intercourse with his wife, is to say, “Bismillaah, Allaahumma jannibna al-Shaytaana wa jannib al-Shaytaana ma razaqtana (In the name of Allaah, O Allaah, keep the Shaytaan away from us and keep the Shaytaan away from that with which You may bless us).” Perhaps you also know that it is not right to mention the name of Allaah in places where you relieve yourself, so how can the one who has intercourse in the bathroom recite this dhikr? Unless he is going to go out, recite this dhikr and then go back in.

I remember reading some masla or a hadith that its discourage to spend unnecessary time in the bathroom / toilets.

Paper marriage only to stay in the country

Q: A Muslim student studying in non muslim country since 2006.The home country & the place where parents are staying is not comfortable/stable and full of problems economically,socially,safety & politically. This country had very relaxed laws to work & stay in country after study in 2006 while student moved and had plan to take permanent residence which have been changed now in 2010 .The student plan to make court marriage with a Christian girl who want to help the student to stay in the country & get Green card /temporary residence and later permanent residence. This girl will get compensation from the student. This will be a paper marriage only to stay in the country after the education and later get residence. 

The student will not physically meet the girl but will relieve her after receiving the residence in the country.

The student will marry a muslim girl as his partner and use the foreign residence for his work & livelihood in muslim countries like Gulf states where he may benefit of foreign residence.
