Nikaah & Marriage Issues

Q: After performing wudhu, makeup is applied and thereafter Nikah is performed? Is the nikah valid?

Q: I need advice on a few of the following issues relating to my new born baby.

I am due in a few weeks time inshAllah and my husband has requested for his grandfather to give the adhaan and perform the tahneek of our baby... After doing some research and finding out from a few aalims, I have come to the conclusion that the person who performs the tahneek and adhaan of the baby should be someone of piety. Now I'm not saying that I'm a brilliant Muslim but my husbands grandfather does not even read one salaah, and he poses no good qualities.

1. I wanted to know if there was a way to allow my grandfather in law to give the babies adhaan and avoid the tahneek and make my niyyah that an aalim of my choice perform the two at a later stage.

2. Or will it be possible if I as the mother perform it myself, both the adhaan and tahneek? I do understand that it is the most important part of my baby being brought into this world but I am stuck in a position of making everyone happy. If I have to tell my husband that I chose someone else, his whole family will have an issue because his grandfather performs all the adhaan and tahneek of all the babies being born in their families. And they dont choose the old man based on a deeni perspective, instead they choose him based strictly on the fact that hes the eldest living family member. 

Q: I have a foster sister with whom I have shared milk from her mother. In my knowledge, she is like a sister to me and is mahram so I cannot marry her.

What I want to ask is that the other relations (her sisters and her neices [sister's daughters]), are they also mahram to me and I cannot marry them?

Q: I am in need of some much needed advice, my husband wishes to take on a second marriage to a girl who is already engaged. He is also on a very low income and can barely afford to look after our three children and myself, would it still be permissible for him to go ahead and marry her?

Q: Is it possible for a person to marry with a person of a different sect (maslak). Is it right to do so or should it be avoided?

Q: I am from India, non-Islamic country. I love a Christian woman. She is chaste and religiously righteous (prays daily, neither eat pork nor do alcohol, etc.). But she considers Jesus as god. Am I allowed to marry her, even though, what she does is considered shirk?

Q: Is it okay for a husband and wife to see each others body naked and see their private parts?

Q: I know a woman who has a problem. Sometimes when she is half awake, she gets some strong sexual feelings in her vagina and desire for sex. This feelings last for 20 to 25 seconds or less than 1 minute. Her husband stays in another country. She feels nobody in her bed at this time. What is the reason for this? Sometime she sees some black mark on her leg and some times not. What is the reason?

Q: I love a girl and I talked to her parents. Next year we will be married insha Allah! Problem is that I have celiac disease, and in celiac disease people develop many other complications and I am getting some. I am just 27 or 28 yrs old. Is it a sin if I marry that girl or should I remain unmarried? I'll leave pain and suffering in someones life. I am really sad. I think I have lost all the haqq to be with someone. 

Q: If a woman is getting divorced but her identity documents shows her first husbands surname with her name then if she wants to marry another man, is it permissible? Especially since her name will be with her first husbands surname on the new nikaah form.
