Nikaah & Marriage Issues

Getting married under the age of 18

Q: In Islam, is it halaal to get married under 18 but by Law its illegal to get married under 18?

My question is: Can I do nikah but not get married by Law (I'm under 18 and the girl is under 18 too and we are in Europe... In my country like most of the countries its illegal to get married under 18)

Ma Sha Allah im 17 and she is 16 which means we have to wait 2 years... We both are muslims Ma Sha Allah, and she has a "wali" and everything else. Alhamdulilah its okay but that is the one and only problem.

Abortion

Q: I am married and a father of one child. My wife is 4-5 weeks pregnant and we both are not ready for this child because my first child was born one month ago with c section and I currently don't have a job and we are in a lot of problems also. Can we opt for an abortion?

Marrying someone who watches TV

Q: If an Aalimah who wears full niqab and does not intermingle with men or watch tv movies etc. gets a proposal from a doctor whos a hafiz, which means he probably does khalwat with women and he watches football, would you even tell the Aalimah to consider him? He is praised for his akhlaaq. He also visits a female dentist.

Should the Aalimah even consider him. She has hope of doing amr bil maroof but fears marriage problems thereafter. Her grandfather (Allah enlighten his qabr) was a Shaikhul Hadeeth.

Adoption

Q: We are married for 5 years now but we still dont have any children. We want to adopt a newly born baby, please help us.
