Nikaah & Marriage Issues

Q: Sometimes bad thoughts comes in my mind about my future mother in law. I haven't touched her just bad thoughts so could nikah be possible? 

Q:

1. Can a Muslim lady who is a widow and has a child from her first husband, enter into nikaah with a Muslim man without seeking permission from her father?

2. Can a Muslim married man, if he has the means, enter into nikaah with a Muslim woman without seeking permission from his existing wife?

Q: Suppose a man is jokingly saying the ijaab of marriage loudly being all alone in the room. But a woman and two male Muslims from another room hears this and the woman says the qubool in front of these two men. Will they be married?

Q: Zayd comes to Zaynab and conducts her marriage to Shuaib in front of two male witnesses. But Shuaib did not appoint Zayd as his representative. Is the marriage valid?

Q: What is the importance of sex in Islam. Is it allowed for husband and wife to remain without sex for couple of years.

Q: I got a marriage proposal which I wasn’t sure about so my uncle decided to have hisab done. I didn’t know it was haram then but it came back saying the marriage won’t be good for me and I will ultimately marry someone from another country. I have said yes to the proposal but wondering now if I should believe and listen to what the hisab said? Is hisab real? I am doing istikhara but haven’t had a answer yet.

Q: Is touching, kissing, putting in the female private part zina? Also, is rubbing the penis over the female private part which is covered with a cloth zina?

Q: If a man had sex with a woman without nikah, can he marry that woman's daughter? The daughter is from her first husband.

Q: I am in love with one of my colleagues and I want to marry her but what makes me reluctant is that she had a boyfriend and had sex with him in this hope that he will later marry her which unfortunately didn't happen. Now she is hopeless about her future and I think I can help her but I am reluctant as I said. I want to ask if I marry her with intention of making her life better, will this act please Allah and will He reward me greatly?

Q: With the "permission" of the wife, can I see porn? Is it allowed in Islam?
