Q: Is it permissible to scent the ihraam towel before entering into the state of ihraam?

Q: If going for umrah with Ethiopian airlines, when one stops at the Ethiopian airport for transit, can one put on ihraam at the airport but only make niyyat of going into ihraam in the plane when the plane is flying close to Jeddah?

Q: If a person has haraam wealth due to usurping the rights of people, or haraam wealth earned through ribaa (interest) from the banks or from any other source, can he use this wealth to go for hajj? If he goes to perform his fardh hajj with such wealth, will his hajj be valid? 

Q: What is the Shar’ee ruling regarding a person who had the money to perform hajj, but prior to performing hajj, he spent all his money? Will hajj be fardh upon him?

Q: A person has extra properties or goods over and above his basic necessities. If he has to sell these extra goods and assets, he will have sufficient money to go for hajj. Is it compulsory for him to sell the extra goods and assets and go for hajj?

Q: What kind of bag or satchel can I wear while performing Tawaaf? Can the satchel have a logo of Puma on it? I mean it is a tiger figure made on it.

Q: I sold my car two years ago. 

I have saved money. 

After looking at the price of second hand cars and the age of vehicles available, I took mashwara from a senior aalim and decided to take a loan for one year and buy a new car. The car is not cheap but cars are quite costly. So it's the second from an entry level. 

I intend purchasing the car in the next few weeks. 

I then went onto the hajj portal and it showed my name will come for the next hajj. When I had checked in July and I contacted sahuc, they said two years. 

I would like to know, am I not allowed to buy the car because I will be in debt and in no position to go for hajj when the time of hajj dawns. I will be paying the car till the end of 2025. 

The second issue is I am using the car from work and my boss is not a stable person so I fear that he's going to make an issue of me using the work car for such a long period 

I have also had an option to get the car slightly cheaper but there was a waiting period so because of my boss I decided let me rather buy it now.

Q: According to the hadith about praying 40 salah in Madina. Is it compulsory to start from Fajr prayer only or can I start from zuhr/asr?

Q: I am going for umrah soon and also have an issue where very small amounts of discharge exit my private parts. How do I perform my umrah if this discharge might exit my private parts during tawaaf and so on. What shall I do if anything exits? Does my umrah not count? If any discharge ends up touching my Ihram, does my umrah not count?
