Q: What is the ruling on person who uses his hands for itching, folding sleeves, etc. during prayer? When will prayer be invalidated?

Q: I'm a hanafi by maslakh. My question is about qaza e umri. Is qaza e umri to be offered or not. If yes please give the daleel in the light of Qur'an and Hadith. Few of my friends confused me as I don't have the daleel.

Q:

1. I want to ask if it is permissible to pray Namaz behind such a person who is wearing clothing below the ankles and half sleeve shirt and also a clean shaven beard?

2. Is is permissible to tell him to keep his clothes above the ankles and wear full sleeve shirt ?

Q: If during the 4 rakaah prayers of zuhr or asr during the qaaidah after 2nd rakaat I recite Durood sharif (complete or some part of it) by mistake with Tashahhud.Then should I do sajdah sahw?

Q: Is it alright to pray behind someone sitting in the mosque? And if someone is praying right behind me, can I move or get up from from that place?

Q: Ahl as Salaf, who dont follow Taqleed, consider saying رب اغفرلى while sitting between two sujud in Salah as waajib. They also consider 9 Arkaan in salaah, although Hanafi maslak considers 4. What is the ruling for praying behind them?

Q: Is it allowed to recite two surahs which are not in correct order in one rakah?

Q: Dear Mufti Saheb, In Tuhaftul Almai, pg.219 vol.2, is mnentioned that when making sajdah sahw according to Imam Abu Haneefah, the correct method is to recite all the duas first, then make salaam to the right, then 2 sajdas and then recite tashahhud only, then salaam. Is this the correct procedure. If not, then what is the correct one? Would be grateful if you mention some hawalas.

Q: What is the ruling if a person lifts up both his legs during sajdah? Is the prayer invalidated?

Q: I make salaah alone at work in a very secluded area. What do I do if the fire alarm goes while busy with my fard salaah? Do I break my salaah or continue, I won't know if it's a drill or a real fire.
