Q: I do not know how many qadha salaah I need to make. Does moulana have any method to then actually read those qadha salaah

Q: I live in a Muslim Village of about 200 households. We have 6 (six) mosques in our locality and all of them uses loudspeakers for Azan. I’ve read that we must answer the call to prayer. Sometimes the Azans from all the mosques don’t overlap and I’ve been left wondering if answering one is enough or do I have to answer all of them. Please clarify. Also on one site I read that using loudspeakers for Azan is an act of Bida’at. Is it so?

Q: I would like to find out all the Shar'ee laws pertaining to: - Imamat / leading a congregation in Salaah - Non Baaligh child making Imamat - Imam having a beard - Imam not following rules of tajweed. - Imam wearing his pants below his ankles. Please can I also have references for each of the queries.

Q: Can a person sit and read taraweeh without a valid excuse, just because he is feeling tired or his back is paining a bit?

Q: If a person is on jamaat, and is a musafir technically but once reaches e.g. Cape Town just travelling from masjid to masjid not very lengthy distances, then will he be sinful for leaving out sunnah muakkadah salaah?

Q: If any person shaves his beard, will that have any effect on his Salaah? Will his salaah be valid?

Q: My brother is interested in marrying a specific girl. Can I read istikhara for him since he is already biased towards marrying her?

Q: When does zuhr and asar prayer time ends?

1. Is it permissible for a person who is clean shaven (due to medical reasons - acne) to be Imaam of salaah?

2. If yes, would it still be permissible when there are Ulama and Huffaaz who would meet all requirements of an Imaam?

Q: Can we make fajr 5 mins before athaan because of work related reasons?
