Salaah

Q:

1. As a youth, someone made an oath to not do something and they did it, they then fasted 3 days to expiate the oath (as they were unable to do anything else). Later that person apostatised from Islam but came back to the Deen. Do they have to redo the expiation for the oath broken? No oath was made since that time. 

2. Also, in terms of salah missed, are salahs missed over years must be made up by someone who Apostatised but later came back to the Deen?

Q: I got wrong time by mistake and prayed Fajr after sunrise and Zuhr at Asr time Asr at Maghrib and Maghrib at Isha time. So do I have to pray qaza or should I count the wrong time salah as qaza?

Q: If a husband and wife are reading salaah at home in the same room but separately, is it necessary for the wife to read behind the husband or can the wife read in front of the husband even if it is on one side?

Q: I have a medical condition that has me in continuous pain. At times, due to the medication as well as the pain, I lose count of my rakaats read in Salaah. To be safe I read an extra rakaat when I’m not sure as well as make sajdah sahw. Is there anything else I can or should do?

1. I would like to know what are the attributes of a person being imam and leading salaah?

2. Can a haafidh who is known to exploit and be dishonest or is a substance abuser lead salaah; fardh or taraweeh salaah?

Q: During salah, I frequently forget any fardh and due to which I do sajda e sahw, am I correct?

Q: If I perform salaah in the musjid with a garlic, onion, cigarette or sweat smell on my body or clothing, is my salaah valid?

Q: I recited the last few aayahs of Surah ar-Rahmaan in the last rakaat of witr, but I skipped the second-last and third-last aayahs by mistake. Is my salah valid?

Q: While praying fajr salaah, I got up from ruku, but I was not totally straight. Is my salah valid?

Q: Can a musaafir pray in Masjid-e-Namirah and Masjid-e-Khair during hajj , as the imaam there offers only 2 rakaats irrespective of whether he is a muqeem or a musaafir as their madhab says to read only 2 rakaats during hajj?
