Nikaah & Marriage Issues

Q: I have two kids aged 3 and 8 months. I suspect my wife is pregnant again. She is still breast feeding our 8 month old baby and we are not prepared for a 3rd baby yet. Is it valid to terminate the pregnancy? 

Q: My friend got divorced 8-9 years ago. Now she is going to marry again. She has a daughter who is now 8 years old. She wants to know what does Islam say about her daughter's relation with her husband to be. Will he be a mahram or non mahram for her daughter once she gets married to him?

Q: Before my marriage I used to masturbate and I used to think about my mother in law having sex with me while masturbating. I used to think about taking out her bra and nikars. Is my nikaah valid or broken by just thinking about her. I didn't touch her with lust.

Q: A couple has done nikah and Rukhsati will be a few months later. The parents want to have a function in a hall and feed the guests to let their daughter go with her husband. After alot of insisting they are not doing that and now they are letting the husband take the daughter directly from the house without any function. The girl's side would like to feed their guests. The groom is totally against this. Can the parents feed their guests with another intention and not for the rukhsati?

Q: My father is a Muslim from Bangladesh and my mother was a Hindu from India. Now she is a Muslim. They were in a relationship like boyfriend/girlfriend in 1992. That time my mother got pregnant by my father before marriage. Then I was born. My mother escaped with my father and left her own country, family and converted to Islam. Finally they got married in an Islamic way when I was 4 months old. My question is, am I an illegitimate son of my family?

Q: I want to ask you if physical relationship does not take place on the wedding night, will the walima food be haraam? 

Q: One of my relatives is buying second hand jewellery which has been used by his sister. He wants to give the jewellery to his future wife when they get married without telling her that it is not new jewellery. Is this acceptable in Islam?

Q: If I want to marry my mother's father's brother's daughter, is it allowed in Islam? What should I do?

Q: Inshallah, my nikaah is after two months:

1. Is it correct to write or print my brides name on the walima invitation?

2. Can we just write "daughter of ( her father's name)"? 

Q: I am now marrried for 13 years. Unfortunetly during my wedding, my father in law had gotten ill. He passed away the day before my wedding. We had cancelled everything and just made the nikaah and fed the guests. We have always wanted to have a good wedding but that had not happened. Our nikaah was mixed with very big loss and most of the elders could not attend. All these years I have yearned for a proper opportunity to be a bride. If we would like to have like a reception or gathering is that Islamically allowed?
