Nikaah & Marriage Issues

Q: Can a husband and wife talk about sex and share nude photos each other on the phone especially since the husband is working out of the country.

Q: I am a 26 year old girl. I got a proposal last year and it's already been a year. He and his family are assuring us that once he gets a job and settles, then only will we proceed further. My parents are very worried about me. I dont want to be the reason of my parents sadness. Actually the main problem is that he is from South and I am from North. In South marriage, there willbe a grand show off and all that but currently he is jobless. My parents still agreed and are ready but he is stuck on one thing that he needs a job. We must just wait 8 more months. I just want a halal relationship. One more thing I would like to ask is that we did a register marriage in January 2017, just to avoid wrong deeds but now I am feeling that without Allah's blessing how can we be happy. So I am insisting to get marry according Islamic shariya but he says that he can't do it now and he needs time. Please suggest what to do because I am completely lost. I really dont know what to do. 

Q: I am a first time mum and my baby is almost three months. I feel I might be pregnant due to not getting my menses on time. Is it permissible for me to take a pill? I feel my child is still too small and I don't want her right of being breastsfed not be fulfilled to her stipulated age. However, I just feel I could be pregnant. It is not for certain.

Q: I am engaged but I am unclear about the boys deeni committments. I think he doesn't know much about deen as he says that he is a simple Muslim and thats it. Can you please guide me as to what questions should my family ask him in order for the the nikah to be valid? Is it necessary to question his aqaaid if he offers namaaz?

Q: Am I allowed to marry my maternal grandfather's brother's daughter's daughter which is my mother's cousin sister's daughter.

Q: My friend does zina with someone and after that she got pregnant. In the mean time she got married to another boy, not the boy whose the father of the baby. She did not know that she was pregnant. Is this nikah jaiz in Islam?

Q: My question is I’m getting my nikaah done in dec and might get rukhsti in 2019. My question is how long it is allowed to keep a nikah before rukhsti any specific time period. Because I heard we cannot keep nikaah more than a year rukhsti should be done before a year.

Q: My muslim friend wants to get married to an atheist guy from thailand. My friend said that she will mary him after he converts to Islam. But the atheist guy said that he only will convert to Islam because he wants to marry her not because he believes in Islam. Is this marriage haram? Shall I try to stop my friend from marrying this atheist guy?

Q: I have married with a non-muslim girl but now she is muslim. She accepted islaam but when I mary her she was already married with a non muslim man. In this condition my marriage is halal or haraam?

Q: About fifteen to twenty years ago my brother touched my mother at chest near neckline. My mother being a very light sleeper woke up. I got to know about hurmat-e musaharat masala sometime ago. I'm not sure about his age. It may be 13 or below. My mother is absolutely sure that he didn't touch her with lust. But I'm having guman that may be my parents nikaah is broken. I'm very depressed.
