Marriage with a person who has no religion

Q: I have a Muslim friend. She living in a non-Muslim country and married to a man who follows no religion. She doesn't know about Islam much. In that country rule they are husband and wife. How she can marry a Muslim now? Even though she is not in relationship with her husband for a long time. Please guide me in this regard. Is she in need of a divorce from that man or not?

Oral sex

Q: My husband is diabatic and is on strong medicians which has side effects. One of the side effects is he can't always have sex, so to fulfill my needs he uses his mouth to satisfy me. He dosen't place his mouth inside me but at the outkirts of my vagina. My problem is I feel very guilty because its against the sunnah, although my husband tells me it is not haraam and he can not perform sex like a healthy person. Sometime he uses his fingers but that can be painful.

Male giving a ring to his married cousin

Q: If a girl is married and in a joking form if a cousin brother gives her a ring and told her that this is an engagement ring, then that girl denies is and then he said he is just kidding and the girl is sure that she is married and she doesn't take her cusion brother more than a brother, so she took this as a gift and wore it on the right hand and when he left, she removed it. Is her nikaah with her husband effected?

Oral sex

Q: I wanted to know if two partners play and had oral sex and semen was swallowed, would that render a person's 40 days prayer not accepted? I know oral sex is abhorred upon in Islam but what if it happened?

Imaam being appointed as the wakeel of the girl

Q: Due to certain circumstances my daughter and I have had little contact. In December she told me she want to get married and that she would like if I will be her wakheel to give her off on her wedding day. They were going to come see me to finalise everything. I was not contacted again till a few days before the wedding by her mother asking if I was still going to give her off. I responded by saying nobody asked me for her to get married. The mother answered that I never had time for the daughter and that I don't have any rights over the daughter. I then said that she must then go to her Imaam and make him her wakheel. They then got married. Is this the correct way? Is her marriage halaal?
