Q: I have been married twice before and have three children. I am living back with my parents (mom and brother) since earlier this year, but work and see to the kids for everything excluding rent to stay. I am having a hard time coping financially. I would like to remarry but my brother (my father has passed on some years ago) thinks it is too soon and will not meet the man that has put the proposal forward. My question is do I need consent from my brother and or mother?
Q: I got a proposal from my aunty (she lives in America) for her step-son. But the problem is he does not follow Islam. He is an atheist. He does not believe in any religion. My parents and my aunt are telling me that if Allah wills, he will accept Islam in the future (after marriage). My question is can I marry him, is it halaal?
Q: I performed nikaah few days back but after some days the witness told my husband that he didn't listen to the nikaah ceremony properly and didn't listen when I said "yes" for the nikaah. He said that during nikaah his mind was deviated from the ceremony and in short he didn't listen to our nikaah and my acceptance. He then advised my husband that he should perform nikaah with me again. So I just want to say that was that nikaah valid or not because the witness denied that he listened to the nikaah.

Q: I have a question. If I had masturbated in my sleep and then it actually was happening in reality due to the sleep. I am in control of it, because I didn't intentionally want to do it? I always fear masturbation and always trying to avoid such an act.
Q: My brother had nikah in a situation where his mother in-law was suffering from cancer and passed away one week before marriage so he had no walima done. Now after Ramdhaan my mother got seriously ill and had to opt for lumbar spine. She has to be in bed for at least three months. We are three siblings, two sisters and brother. Both sisters also married. Is it allowed for my brother to bring his wife without walima to look after my mother?
