Q: Is using methods of contraception (condoms, tablets, etc) allowed in Islam?

Q: I am married and away from my husband. When I was naked, sexual thoughts came and I reached orgasm. Though I could control, I didn't. How do I repent? Is this masturbation?

Q: I am a divorced/single parent of one child. I have met someone in a halaal way and told that person I wanted to get married as soon as possible as I didn't want to commit zina. A few days ago we went to I think it was the Hanafi masjid and did our nikaah. The problem is I didn't as my wali which is my dad to stand up as my wali because I knew that he would want me to do nikkah in the way I wanted. So the Imman in the masjid stood as a wali for me. Now the problem is my husband looked into and phoned around to ask about this. Most of the place is saying it's invalid. Which is a big problem. So I've told my dad that I met someone and want to do nikkah but his telling me to think about it before I do it so told again I want to do nikaah as soon as possible but his telling me now he needs to think and tell me. I asked him why the need to make me wait he told me that I need to listen to him. My parents are divorced also on my mum side they do not practise Islam so I am waiting for my father now to tell me if he will be my wali or not. I really need some advice on this Insha Allah as now I'm missing the person I thought I was married to and also I live in a non Islamic house with my son. The person I want to be with is a practising Muslim and so am I. We pray five times Alhumdulilah and try our best when it comes to our Deen.

Q: Are gay people born gay or they become gay after they are born? If they are born gay then how can Allah punish them and say they are committing sin? Because they are born gay. They naturally get attracted towards men. I saw few debates in which even doctors told studies shows that gay people are born gay. Please provide Answers with proof and evidence. If you say they are not born gay but they become gay afterwards then suggest what measures we can take to make them normal again.

Q: My friend accidentally got sperm injected into her by this nurse due to which she is pregnant but she is not even married. Is she allowed to abort the child? It is not hers. She is a virgin. What is she supposed to do?

Q: When two people get married, family and friends give money gifts to bride and groom. In Pakistani tradidition called salami. Does the money given to bride belong to her or does the husband have a right over that?

Q: Can a muslim marry a prostitute when she is ready to accept Islam on her own will and choice?

Q: Why do certain Ulama discourage from holding wedding functions or any other function in a hall? I don't see any problem in using the hall as a venue to host one's functions. Could you please explain to me the correct Islamic perspective in this issue?

2. I have read that masturbation causes memory and eyes to become weak etc. Is this true?

Q: If a man n woman accept each other as husband and wife three times in front of one witness, will it be valid? And also saying that Allah is witness.
