Q: Is sexual intimacy prior to bridal departure (rukhsati) permissible if Nikkah is already done. If this is not permissible then why?

Q: Is my father's brother(chacha) mahram for my sister and my wife?

Q: Please advise on the below scenario as well as questions. Insha Allah I am getting married in December in Cape Town, and I am from natal. The wedding and walima will be taking place in Cape Town. The Imam will perform the nikah at the house, as the nearest masjid is far away from the house. Is this allowed in Islaam? or does the nikah have to take place in the Masjid. For us to have the Walima, what are the requirements that need to take place. May Allah Ta'ala reward you for your assistance.

Q: I am a girl of 33 years old and not yet married. I always get many marriage proposals and I have never accept anyone. If I would get married tomorrow that is easy but the problem is that most of people are experiment people, means that unfortunately they have done many things before marriage and that is for me not possible to marry someone like that. Q: One of my patients came to me and was asking me regarding the side effects on the person for husband and wife that what will happen if some one does inter-course with his wife during her mentrual cycle to be exact 4th day of the cycle and was asking me the what is the Islamic point of view on that, is it harm/ or sin if someone does intercourse with his wife during her mentrual cycle? Please give your expert advice.
