Oral sex

Q:

  1. I understand that oral sex is makrooh. What does this mean? Will I be punished if I engage in this activity?
  2. Is it permissable to kiss or lick private areas (for arousal) without  swallowing any body fluid?

Oral sex

Q: I apologise for the nature of my question. I understand the fatwa relating to oral sex however during relations with my wife is it permissible to stimulate/arouse her by kissing or sucking her clitoris - which is situated above the vagina/urethra and taking care not to get into contact with body fluids?

Taking pleasure from one's wife while she is asleep

Q:

  1. Is it permissible to use one's wife's body to derive sexual satisfaction, whilst she is asleep and therefore unaware?
  2. I derived sexual pleasure in such a manner and thought to myself:

    • What if this is wrong

    • It's unlikely to be wrong and even if Islamically impermissible, who cares as it feels good doing this potentially impermissible act and that's the main thing. Its surely not the same as masturbation and hence I am continuing, which I did. I also thought what else am I supposed to do to satisfy my desires.  Would this be kufr?

Co-wife claiming compensation for her past

Q: My husband (hanafi) has a second wife (shafi) that was not staying in the same town as we do, now she moved to the same town and demand that he lives with her for the full period that she was not living in this town. Is it permissible or what does the shariah state about that. Please assist as soon as possible. I am (hanafi) not sure about the rulings regarding this even though I am the first wife and did agree to him marrying a second wife and the fact that I am a revert.

Which wife should one take for Hajj first?

Q: A man decided to go for haj with his wife but was not accredited to that year. They both got accreditation the following year, however, during the year he got married to a second wife. What are the correct rulings regarding his haj,  should he now go without his first wife because he can not afford to take both wives and it will take some time for his second wife to be accredited, or should he take the first wife as planned and make up the time with his second wife on return, or is he now indebted to take the second wife for haj also even though he can not afford to. If the husband and wife go for 6 weeks on the haj journey, should he on return spend six weeks with his second wife.

Nikah conducted by a Barelwi Imam

Q: Our Nikah was conducted by a Barelwi Imam as my wife's family follow them. Is there anything to worry about, such as the validity of the nikkah due to it been conducted by a barelvi imam? I don't think I have to investigate what exactly people's beliefs or statuses are. Can I just assume the best and leave the matter?
