Q:

1.Does it break namaaz if in Semi Allahu limen hemideh one pronounce Alif instead of Ain in Semia?

2.Does it break namaz if one adjusts this mistakes already being up from ruku, meaning in the position standing straight when you say Rabbana lakal hamd?

3.Is sajda-sawh required for that?

4. If one did this mistake in witr namaz and then adjusted it at the position of Rabbana lakal hemd, then decided to make sajda-sawh, but in last tashahud he recited also Allahuma Sali and Allahuma barik, is his witr valid in shaa Allah?

5. I may not understand it from question 4, so please kindly answer separate – is it allowed to read all duas in last tashahud if one is going to perform sajda-sawh?

Q: Can I listen to  adhan anytime or only at salaah time? I was listening to the adhan and my wife said it's strictly forbidden to say or play adhan other than at the time of salaah. And further she said one earns Allah's laana by playing or reciting adhan other than at the salaah time.

Q: Here the time of Fajr in Germany Offenbach is 6:00am, today I missed it and prayed at 08:30 as qada. Is this OK? I mean allowed?

Q: My question is about witr Salaah:

1. After performing Esha Sallah at 8.00pm, can I delay my Witr Salaah till 11.00 pm(my sleep time)?

2. Can I combine Tahajjad and witr at the above mentioned time?

3. What will be my last Salaah before I go to sleep, Tahajjad or witr?

Q: In Beheshti Zewar it is mentioned that in a fardh Salaah, in the last two rakaats if a person reads surah Fatiha and a Surah thereafter, sajdah sahw will not be wajib. Please can mufti saheb explain the reason for this, because it seems contrary to the usool that it is delaying the ruku.

Q: On pg 217 beheshti zewar, masla 32. Mention is made of a person who instead of reciting dua e qunoot in witr, read thanaa, then later read the qunoot, no sajdah sahw is required. If he doesn't read the qunoot later, ie just reads thanaa or something else in the dua e qunoot, will sajdah sahw be wajib? The kitaab mentions dua qunoot is wajib. Like surah Fatiha. If one reads something else instead of Surah Fatiha sajdah sahw is wajib. Please can mufti sb explain why for the qunoot it is not the same?

Q: When you go for umrah do you read your sunnah Salaahs in the haraam?

Q: In our local shopping centre there is a small prayer room. Three of us entered to pray zuhr salah and decided to pray in jammat. I was chosen to lead the prayer. We finished salah and went our separate ways. My question is this, after salah and returning home I kept feeling I prayed only 3 rakaats. I just couldn't get this feeling out of my mind. When we finished the other two never mentioned I only completed 3 rakat, so to tell you the truth I do not know whether I completed 3 or 4 rakaats. What must I do or should have done?

Q: Is it okay to offer Asr Salaah in Shaafi'ee time rather than Hanafi time? (I am a hanafi)

Q: If a sick person is able to stand in Salaah but unable to perform ruku and sajdah, can he stand in front of the chair and sit down at ruku? Is this permissible or should he sit on the chair from the beginning? Which is preferable?
