Q: Can you tell me all the fard and wajib arkaan of salaah?

Q: Would the muqtadis salaah be invalid if the muqtadi hears the imam say takbeer and goes into sajdah after hearing takbeer but makes it into sajdah slightly before the imam due to imams slow movements. Would the prayer be invalid or maqrooh if this happened?

Q: Would the prayer be invalid if the muqtadi goes into ruku or sajdah say the imam is saying takbeer and moving to ruku or sajdah but the muqtadi makes it to ruku or sajdah before him and the takbeer isnt finished due to the imam saying it so slowly?

Q: I wanted to know what is the earliest duration between exactly sunset and esha (1h15 minutes or 1h 20 minutes)?  The reason for asking this question is that there is a site called islamic finder that has salaah times which seems to be very accurate and wanted to use it.

Q: Recently at a Jumu’ah salaah, the Imaam read Surah 110 Al-Nasr in the first Rakaat and then Surah 109 Al-Kafirun in the second rakaat. We have always been taught to read in ascending order, i.e. 109, 110, 111, 112 etc. The Imaam was a guest Shafee Imaam in a largely Hanafee congregation.

• What is the position regarding the validity of that particular Salaah?
• What does one do if one is reading individually and makes the same mistake as above and realises it (a) whilst completing the Salaah, and (b) after Salaah is completed?

Q: When I reached masjid for tarawih, four rakath already finished, then I prayed first four rakath Isha and started for tarawih. When I started to pray for tarawih seven rakath is going on, after finishing tarawih by imam, still I need perform 6 rakath tarawih. In this situation what I need to do, whether I need to pray witr salaa to follow by imam with jamat first and then need to perform balance six rakath tarawih, or first I need to perform balance six rakath tarawih and perform witr salaah alone?

Q: I need to confirm the rules pertaining to the reading of sunnat and nafil Salaah, etc. whilst an individual is a traveller and also while a person is visiting Mecca and Medina for 10 days each. Is there anything wrong if these additional Salaahs is performed whilst being classified as a traveller?

Q: Could you elaborate on the rules pertaining to Salaah being performed in the haram of Mecca and Medina.

1. A person staying in each place for a maximum of 7 days each and then returning to South Africa.
2. A person staying in Medina for 10 days and then Mecca for 10 days

Q: Due to travelling by bus for lengthy hours, can a Hanafi read his Asr after Zohr in the time of Zohr if he knows for certain that the bus stops occasionally for 2 mins only (which is insufficient time to perform salaah) & the next lengthy stop will be after maghrib. There is no place to stand & read salaah on the bus, there is place to sit. If Yes, he can perform the Asr early, then can he make jamaat in Zohr time with other passengers who are in the same position as him? & now, suppose the bus suddenly stops for 10 mins during Asr time (which is sufficient to read Farz of Asr), does the Asr performed earlier on during Zohr time become null & void?

Q: If a musaafir mistakenly reads four rakaats as Imaam of Zohr, should all repeat the salaah? What if he reads four rakaats intentionally?
