Qadhaa of sunnah salaahs
Q: Does one have to make qadhaa of sunnah salaah?
For example, if a person misses the sunnah salaah for Zuhr, and performs 'Asr, should he perform the qadhaa of Zuhr sunnats?

Q: Can we employ an Imaam who doesn't follow the four most prominent mazhabs as the Imaam of the musjid? Can we perform salaah behind this Imaam and would it be valid? Can the non mazhab Aalim teach in a Hanafi madrasah?
Q: If one has the flu or running stomach does he have to go to the masjid for prayers and jumuah?
Q: For the saffs of the men, we understand that there should be continuity, and a gap larger than 2 saffs between saffs will cause the link to be broken, thus the salaah of those behind the gap will not be valid. (In the situation where there isn't any river, etc. inbetween).
What is the ruling regarding saff continuity for ladies? If a masjid has a room at the back, but between the last saff of the men and the women's room is a large gap, would the ladies salaah be permissible behind the imam? (assuming all other conditions are fulfilled such as the imam making niyyat for leading the ladies).
Q: I have qadhaa salaah for 3-4 days to make up. Is it ok if I perform my fardh first and then my qadhaa?
For example, Fajr Salaah for that day then Fajr Salaah for the day I missed?

If for many years one did not recite azaan and iqaamat when performing qadhaa salaats, are one’s salaats valid?
Q: My brother traveled safar distance and when he reached his destination he had no niyyat of how many days he will stay in that place. Will he be a musaafir?
Q: A person has a urine problem, where if he goes to the toilet, for the next 30-45 minutes he cannot read salaah due to urine drops. If the time of salaah is about to end and the condition persists, does he have to make Wudu and perform salaah, or let the salaah become qadhaa and perform it after the time has expired. (The person is not a ma'zoor as the condition did not last for an entire salaah time)
Q: A father asks his son to vote for a particular candidate in electionbut he doesn't obey his father and supports someone else. Now the father gets angry with his son and abuses him on several occasions. This person (the son) leads prayers in the local mosque but his father doesn't follow him in congregation. The question is that what should the other people do? Should they follow him or not?
