Making a mistake in Surah Fajr during salaah
Q: While offering qaza of esha salaah, I made the following mistake during the recitation of aayat 15 and 16 of Surah Fajr, instead of فَيَقُولُ I recited فَيَقُولَ. Is my prayer valid?

Musaafir changing his intention
Q: My question is regarding a musaafir:
A person left Verulam with the intention of going to Pietermaritzburg (this is safr distance). On his way, he stops in Chatsworth and changes his mind and says that he is going back home so he reads 4 rakaats asr in Chatsworth as he was told that he is no more a musaafir. Is this correct? When does he become a muqeem and does he have to repeat his asr salaah?
Total number of rakaats in the Fardh, Sunnat and Nafil of Zuhr Salaah
Q: Could you please specify how to read all the rakaats of Zuhr Salaah:
E.g. Zuhr - Four Sunnah (Surah Faatihah and a Surah in all four rakaats) then four fardh (Surah Faatihah and a Surah in the first two and in the second two, only Surah Faatihah), then is two Sunnah (Surah Faatihah and a Surah in both rakaats) and last for Zuhr is two nafl (Surah Faatihah and a Surah in both rakaats).
Saying the word "sana" and "durood" before reciting sana and durood in salaah
Q:
1. Zaid said the word sana before reciting the complete subhanakalluhamma wabihamdika... in salah, is the salah valid?
2. Zaid said the word Durood Ebrahim before reciting the whole Durood Ebrahim in salah, is the salah valid?
3. Zaid said the word dua before reciting the whole dua in salah, is the salah valid?
Performing Zuhr Salaah just before the time of Asar sets in
Q: One day I forgot to offer zuhr salaah and remembered it only 20 min before Asar salaah. I performed the zuhr salaah. Will it be considered as qaza or is it done before Asar time?
Feet touching an impure floor during salaah
Q: I set a musalla (prayer mat) on an impure ground. However the ground had no signs of impurity on it. If my feet get off the musalla (prayer mat) and touch the ground during salaah for just a short period of time, will my prayer be valid? No impurity came on my feet and the ground had no signs of impurity.
Making sajdah-e-sahw after salaah
Q: Is it right to perform sajda-e-sahw if someone forgets to make it within salaah? When I remember, without reciting anything else, I just to sit down and recite attahiyyaat upto (abduhu warasuluh) then one salam on the right side then two sajdahs of sahw and then attahiyyaat, durood and dua and then 2 salaam.
Performing salaah with a blood stain on one's clothes
Q: Sometimes after getting my haidh, my underwear would become stained with blood and I would perform salaah in this manner. I also cannot recall how many salaah was performed like this. Please advise me what to do.
Moving in salaah to fill the gaps in the saff
Q:
1. How many saffs (rows) can we cross while in the state of namaaz in order to fill the front saffs (rows)?
2. How much can we move horizontally in the same saff (row) in order to fill the gap?
Moving the saff of the children back after salaah commences
Q: If a person arrives late for salaah and notices that the saff of the children is going to join up with the sufoof of the adults, should he move the children to the back?
