Masbooq standing up after the second salaam to complete missed rakaats
Q: Should a masbooq stand up for completing his missed rakaah after the imaam has done the first salaam, or should he wait for the imaam to also complete the second salaam?
Q: Should a masbooq stand up for completing his missed rakaah after the imaam has done the first salaam, or should he wait for the imaam to also complete the second salaam?
Q: I missed the first rakaah in a jamaat salaah. When the imaam said salaam to the right, I mistakenly also made salaam, but I did not do salaam to the left. Did I have to do sajdah sahw after completing my missed rakaah because of this mistake?
Q: When you follow the imam in zuhr and asr salaah, and the silent rakaats of the other salaah, what must we read?
Q: I made istikhara (2 prayers after ishaa and dua) but I got no response. I made it many times before but got no response.
My question is, can I make istikhara dua before I go to sleep? Can I pray 2 rakats istikhara after ishaa and then make the istikhara dua just before I go to sleep?
Q: Is it permissible to perform two rakaats nafl salaah as sukr to Allah for all His bounties?
Q: I would like to enquire whether reading 20 rakaats of taraweeh is sunnah... I have recently heard someone say that Nabi صلا الله عليه وسلم read 8 rakaats in the musjid and 12 rakaats at home. Is this true?
Also, this person has said that the number of rakaats of taraweeh was not fixed and at one time in Makkah 30 rakaats were read. Could Mufti Saheb please clarify and include some ahaadith that I could use as proof.
Q: We are hostellers, 3 friends (age 20-22) in one room and we have kept a separate place on the balcony of our room for jammat namaz where 4- 6 people (or more) can easily adjust without any problem. I heard a hadith that one who does not offer jammat salaah if he/she can, when he/she will be inside grave, his/her face will be moved away from the qiblah.
I told my friends about the hadith and one of my friends asked me who will be the imaan from amongst us since we all make mistakes. If anyone of us will be an imaam and if he makes a mistake, he will get the sin of the muqtadi's (people standing behind the imaam) also.
My point of view is that no one is perfect but we can try. If with full attention, concentration, seriousness, students like us would like to lead the jamaat of other students (even after knowing that we are not perfect), would it be wrong?
Q: Does cleaning the nose with the handkerchief after pulling it out from one's pocket invalidate salaah?
Q:
1. Is our namaz valid if the Imaam combines two namaazes (zuhr-asr or maghrib-isha) as per Hambali maslak?
2. What is the procedure to be followed by a Hanafi follower if the bus driver does not stop for the maghrib prayer because the Hambali people do combine the namaazes later during isha?
Q: In sanna, instead of saying "Wata Baarakas mooka" I recited "Wata baarakas buka".
In Surah Ikhlaas instead of saying "QulhuwAllah" I recited "QulhuAllah".
In attahiyyaat I didn't pronounce the ha sound from throat.
Instead of pronouncing مُقِيمَ الصَّلَاةِ I pronounced "muqeemus salati".
In the tasbeeh of rukoo and sajdah I said "rabbial" instead of "rabbiyal" (I added yal instead of al) and I didn't pronounce the ha sound of these tasbeehaat from the throat.
I made all these mistakes without knowing it and I have made these mistakes in all my previous prayer since I started. Do I have to repeat all those prayers?
