Salaah

Q: My child went to live in England forever to study and work. If he returns home, would he be musaafir? The city where he lived before is always his watne Aslî or is England now his watn Asli?

Q: Should I perform my sunnat muakkadah and wajib with qasr salaah while I am travelling or not?

Q:

1. During the fardh salaah of Zohr, Asr, Maghrib and Isha, can the imam omit Surah Fatiha in the 3rd/4th rakat (when there is time constraints)? Stand for 3 subhanallahs before going in ruku.

2. Also, when one is performing Salah individually can one omit for the same reasons?

3. What is the status of Surah Fatiha in 3rd and 4th rakaat? i.e. Fardh, wajib, mustahab etc.

4. Is there any hadeeth to support?

Q: I was sad for a moment during salah and I think my throat strained and my recitation jerked slightly. Is my salah fine?

Q:

1. When we read durood in namaz or in general we say Muhammad, so do we have to say sallallahu alaihi wasallam 4 times?

2. What are the rewards of just saying sallallahu alaihi wasallam, like how durood has its rewards? 

Q: If while performing salaah a fibre of miswaak is swallowed. Does the salaah break?

Q: I, my younger sister, mother, my elder sister and her husband have to travel from India to Saudi Arabia.

Can I and my sister travel with my elder sister's husband as our mahram?

Q: If one is studying in a town that is more than 77kms away from his home town, stays there from Sunday till the following Friday, then returns home on Friday and goes back on Sunday, and continues in this manner throughout the course of the semester, should he perform qasar Salaah or full Salaah?

Q: I live in the university hostel which is 150km away from my home. I go home almost every weekend and return on Monday to the hostel, that means I travel 4 times in a month. So should I pray normal or qasr namaz in the hostel?

Q: I took a moment to try to swallow something which I felt was going to come out my throat during salah. But I didn't swallow - I ended up burping/belching. The time this took I think exeeded three Subhanallahs. Is my salah valid?
