Accepting gifts from a person whose income is through Prize Bonds

Q: If x person doesn't have a good income in his business and his business is going in a loss. He doesn't have any other source of income. This x person has a relative who has some money saved in a bank. The bank gave interest to x person's relative for his money in the bank. Can the relative give this interest amout to x person?
Q: I am currently working in a company as a senior executive. I was given a task by my management to find a guy who would fix a tube well (water well). I found a guy and called him to our office to confirm the project with my management. I requested this guy for a commission after the completion of the project. Is it permissible in Islam to take commission for this kind of outsourced work?

When I become cash strapped I resort to the credit card due to ease of access and I always try to pay the debt on the credit card within 55 days as before this, there is no interest charged. However, buying/relying on this facility makes me feel impoverished and fearful of consuming things that I can pay for later. What do you advise me to do? Use the credit card and ensure that I always pay for the debt within the non-interest period? It is permissable to use credit cards?

Q: We have given a portion of our house on rent as it is very big and very difficult to clean and maintain. Our tenant, who is a Hindu, does his prayers according to his beliefs. I want to know whether it is permissible or not as the building is the same but the portion on rent is totally separate.

Q: I am working as a civil engineer. We deal with construction of buildings and other structures. Sometimes we have to work for the army of disbelievers (kuffar) who are presently fighting against Muslims. We have to construct buildings and other structures for them... Is it allowed for us to work for them although we have no intention to help them on their anti Islamic sentiment. Remember our land is under oppression.
