Q: Reading salaat behind Imam in jamaat, in the last two rakaat what should one recite, according to Shafii Maslak?

Q: In Salaah in Jamaat, when pulling a person back from the front saff to join him in the back saff so he doesn't read Salaah alone in the saff: 

1. Does he pull the person from the middle of the saff or from the side of the saff?
2. How will the front saff get completed again? 
3. If a third person then came and joined the second saff, can any one of them move into the front saff if that space is still open?

Q: Can a person read any nafl or qaada when tahajud time end before the fajr azaan.

Q: My question relates to the times of Tahajud. When i was in madressah I was taught that we could read from just after 12am till about 15min before fajar salah. Recently I was told many different things regarding the times. What would be the right time to read Tahajud salah and the cut off time?

Q: What is the time of Zuhr Salaah?

Q: We have a Hafiz saheb performing taraweeh for us. He is a Shafi'ee so in Surah haj he will make sajdah and in Surah saad he will not make sajdah. What should we do?

Q: If a latecomer wishes to join the jamaat salaah,but in order to join the saff he will have to pass in front of other latecomers who are reading their sunnats in the back saffs. There is no way of joining the saff without passing/crossing someone. What should he do?

Q: My friends insist that there is qadha for missed Salaah during haidh just like there is qadha for saum. I tried explaining to them that there isn't but all they say is that I am not learned and the learned have told them. Its reached a stage where they are calculating their missed Salaahs and making qadha of it.

Q: I would like to know if it is permissible to recite Salaatul Istikhara even if you only intend on marrying the desired person after a couple of years. I have heard that after reading the Salaah then nikaah should not be delayed. Please can you also tell me more about the Salaatul Istikhara that is read on a persons behalf, also what are the conditions of that Salaah?

Q: We are curently performing Esha Salaah and Taraweeh Salaah at our home. The closest Musjid is about 4-5 kms away. There is a musallah which is 2 kms away. Someone mentioned to me that it isn't permissible for us to perform the esha Salaah at our home. We have to perform Esha Salaah at the Musjid and then return home to perform the Taraweeh. Please advise?
