Nikaah & Marriage Issues

Q: A person is in debts. Financially, he isn't in a good condition. He got a wife and children that he is responsible for. He makes a second nikah. What will be the state of such a nikaah?

Q: Is it okay for a Hanafi female to get married to a Shafi male?

Q: Is it wrong of me if I don't divulge my earnings to my wife?

Q: I am 27 years old, financially independent, interested in a girl and want to get married. My parents disagree because she is a Shia and I am a Sunni. I have tried to convince them a lot, get elders involved but they don't listen. The girl I want to marry perfectly matches the criteria of my parents even the caste but they have reservations over the sect. The main issue is what will the family or people say and we will be a joke that we married you to a Shia girl. They have said it multiple times that socially we can't face people and hence we won't marry you. I am forcing them on it and they said they won't be a part of it but will give duas and stuff but can't be a part of it. I want my parents to be happily involved in it but they want to marry me of to their choice especially my mother. They say parents have a right. Please tell me what to do and what is the Islamic ruling on it.

Q: I have a step brother (same father, different mother), one of his daughters have been recently widowed. I myself am divorced recently as well. A few people have raised a question about us getting married since my widowed niece is just half niece.

I am clear on the ruling based on Quran (Chapter 4, Ayat 23) that this not allowed.

Can I please request guidance on this please?

Q: I am about to turn 19 and live in Canada. I am baligh since the age of 9 (which means I had my periods). I am currently in college and I like a guy. I want to do nikkah but my parents don't allow nikkah at such a young age specially till I don't complete my studies which has around 5 to 7 years.

I am scared of doing something haram (like zina) and I want to turn it halal as soon as possible. I have the witnesses, I am completely sure about this marriage since the guy belongs to a good family which is also religious and fulfils its Islamic duties. But I recently heard that nikkah without the consent of wali is invalid.

Now my question is, in what Hadith or verse of the Quran is it mentioned that the father should be wali? Can I make an imam my wali? Or can I conduct my nikkah without a wali while fulfilling other conditions such as witnesses, and haq mehar.

A detailed response over this matter for better insight would be appreciated. 

Q: What is the ruling for parents towards upbringing of their children.

If children are not on the right track, upto what extent is it permissible to be strict or authoritarian towards child-raising? Kindly explain in detail.

Q: Such child, whose father is a descendant of Prophet Muhammad (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) through his mother, is he considered to be descendant of Prophet Muhammad (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) or not?
