Treating paralysis with pigeon blood

Q: My question is that I have heard many times that patients with paralysis should opt for treatment with pigeon and also the application of the blood of the pigeon on the affected area. It is a common cure for paralysis and evidently very effective. Can you please tell me whether or not this is allowed in Shar'ia purely for treatment and medicinal purposes?

Using FaceTime

Q: On my cell phone is a feature called FaceTime. This enables a person to speak with another by looking at their face in real time. What is the ruling regarding use of such a feature?

Speaking lies

Q: I never do very well as I normally do in my exams and due to fear of my father, I had forged some of my results and made them higher to present to my father. When I was doing this action I had the frame of mind that by doing so, this deception is allowed because I am preventing any harm to family ties between myself and my father. I do not know if my thinking has any basis on this 'white lying' notion.

(1) Have I committed haraam and just made everything worse with Allah Ta'ala by justifying and 'halaalizing' the wrong?

(2) If so, is my foolish act of 'justifying' it to myself tantamount to kufr?

(3) In addition to Taubah, if I have committed a wrong, is it necessary to reveal my proper results to my father? This incident happened about two months ago.

Qailoolah

Q: What is the correct time for qailoolah? If a person rests even before zawal e.g. 11 am, would this also be considered qailoolah?

Not entertaining drug addicts

Q: If a drug addict live with us and he steals our things and just make life so difficult for us, is it wrong of me to not give that person food? We used to give before, for years we just looked pass it but now I stopped and I feel so bad about it. Will Allah be displeased with me if I don't want to give anymore? If drug addicts ask for food is it also wrong to refuse them after we know that they spend their money on drugs and depend on the community to help them with food. I love to give and used to give anyone that came at my door but the drug addicts are persistent.

Tauwbah

Q: I have a question regarding the hereafter. I currently know that I made mistakes in my past where I've eavesdropped and seen in other people's houses in the past. I don't ever intend to do it again but I have no idea on how to contact all the people that I have done this to. (It's impossible for me to find some random people). How can I resolve this issue and does Allah forgive major sins on the day of qiyamah and can he forgive my sin on that day when it comes to doing wrong to others like my self. I have a bad feeling that I'm going to get punished indefinitely and I all I want to do is resolve this issue.
