Q: What should one reply when someone says Jazakallahu khayran to you?

Q:

1. Is it a sin to commit any act of makrooh tahreemee. How serious is it. Please give me reference from Arabic books like shami etc.
2. After how long does a makrooh tahreemee become haraam?

Q: Listerine Mouthwash contains Alcohol Denat, is it permissable to use which is just for gargling?

Q: I have no any children since I got married 8 years. Doctors advised us to take test tube baby. Is it Jaaiz according to shariah?

Is wasting time a sin and if so, is selling footballs or remote control cars to people cooperating, influencing sin, if I know they (adults) are going to
excessively waste time playing with them?

Q: I just want to ask that lipotrispy and cosmetic nose surgery are permissible in Islam? My is nose is fat and flat and I am in habit of pulling of my lips some time which result in bleeding and now it size is quite bigger.
