Q: Is it permissible to consume lac powder (medicinal form of shellac)? Lac powder is used in unani medicine to treat obesity issues. 

Q: There's a game called Zepeto. It is a dress up game in which one's face is cartoonized. I gave this character my name and my face got cartoonized. While playing it, the game got stuck and a Christmas dress was highlighted so I thought that maybe one has to first wear this and then the game would progress so I kept clicking on it then found out it was some error. Is this imitating kuffaar? I had these thoughts in my head that its better not to play this game at all. Does this make one a kaafir?

Q: Where should one's gaze be when driving a car, especially when living in a non-Muslim country where women hardly wear burqa or niqaab?

Q: If someone accidentally hears music being played, will one get a sin if he does not block his ears? I think it will seem awkward to non-muslims if one block their ears. 

Q: My grandfather is currently laying in hospital. He needs to use the breathing machine just to keep him alive. The doctor told us that we need to make the choice to keep the breathing machine on him or remove it but he is dead without the breathing machine. He can't move or talk or anything anymore.

Will it be better to remove the breathing machine or should it be kept on him, possibly leading to more suffering? 

Q: Do you have to wear purdah when doing aalimah course?

Q: A Mufti has recently released a YouTube video which addresses nose surgeries to correct a very obvious bent/crooked nose. I fall in this category and would like to inquire if it would be permissible for me to correct this feature through surgery, as it is the source of many of my insecurities. 

Q: We did circumcision for our baby 3-4 days after his birth and now he is 10 months old. However, he still has some portion of skin attached to the back of his private part. What is the Islamic ruling? Do we need to circumcise him again?

Q: I reverted to Islam 5 years ago. I have a doubt regarding the clothing of women. What is the actual clothing of a woman according to Quran and hadith. Some say that niqab is compulsory and some says it is not. I know it's better to wear niqab. But I want to know what actually Allah says. What is compulsory or what is the sunnah.

Q: I cannot choose between using and not using Instagram. Because I'm a female, a private account is better to make so that only women can follow me. I want to make this account so that I can share some short moral stories.

Would it be permissible to do this? Or should a woman stay away from instagram?
