Q: I just wanted to know what our Ulama say about the person Mansur al-Hallaj?

Q:

1. From where the term sunni and shia came and why?
2. Do Shias believe in the same Quran as Sunnis believe and in Bukhari , Muslim or they have other hadith books?
3. Can we consider the both same in Touheed?

Q:

1. I just want to be clear about this, if you do haraam things like receive interest from a bank, drink alcohol etc but consider them haraam, so if you consider haraam things to be haraam but still you do them, would you come out of the fold of Islam?
2. A Hadith said with people little amount of Imaan will come out from hell but as far as I know Quran doesn't says people will come out from hell. Qur'an says those who enter hell will remain in it forever. So will those people be in hell forever and is above hadith correct?

Q: In India there is rodent which is like a rat. In Gujrati they call it cher. It walks on the sides of the room. I heard you shouldn't kill it because it brings blessings in the house. Is this true?

Q: Why is 10th of Muharram called Ashura? I heard that 10 things happened on this day that's why its called Ashura. If this is true then what are the 10 things?

Q: Some people believe that Muharram is a time for mourning over the assassination of Hazrat Husain (radhiyallahu anhu), and some people believe that Muharram is a time for celebrating and spending lavishly on their family. Are there Ahadeeth supporting any of these beliefs? What really should be done for Aashura?

Q: I am a woman and would like to know if writing a book is considered bad in Islam?
