Q: If someone claimed that Nabi Isa (alaihis salaam) was crucified or killed by the Jews or any one else, does the person making the claim commit kufr?

Q: “What the Ahlus Sunnah wal Jamaa’ah believe is that Hell will never cease to exist or be extinguished”.

Does this mean that the fire of hell will never be extinguished?

Q: On the internet there are many articles written by non-Muslims on the subject of intimacy - specifically ways of satisfying the wife - hundreds of articles that deal with the biology of a women and her private organs.

What is the Islamic perspective on this? Is this going too extreme and out of the bounds of modesty?

Q: What is the role of secular studies in Islam or what is the stance of Islam on secular or dunyawi education?

1. Is it permissible, is it recommended, is it a haqq of a Muslim, is it of any any benefit or harm?

2. Should a man get dunyawi education and should a woman get dunyawi education, and upto what level?

Q: Girls and boys aged from 6 to 16 are sitting in the same hall where they can easily see each other. Some girls and boys up to the age of 12 are made to sit on the same table because they are on a similar level of learning. Male teachers are teaching girls up to the age of 16 years old.

Is this permissible or not, and is there any fatwa relating to it?

3. Which mazhab is best to follow?

Q: During the November and December seasons, stores and businesses across the country have X mas, Black Friday and festive season sales.

Is it ok to purchase an item on sale during these times, not because of the festive seasons, etc. but simply because, example a sandal is 50 percent off if purchased between Nov -Dec.

Also, if a person takes a car for a service, and the company offers an extra car service at a discounted price during this time, would it be ok to get a service at a discounted price... or should a person wait for maybe January and then do a service and pay the full price or purchase example, a sandal in January at a full price?

Q: Reports are coming in that 558 people have converted to Islam during the Qatar World Cup so far. Some are using this as an argument to say that what they are doing is a good thing by hosting the tournament as it’s bringing people closer to Islam. They say that they’ve invited Islamic speakers (Dr. Zakir Naik) and have put up posters of Ahaadith and Azan on loudspeakers which will bring people to Islam (as shown by recent shahadahs).

Kindly comment on this.

Q: An aalim was trying to emphasise how Allah is free of faults. He said "If you look at Sahaaba, you will find some fault. If you look at Ambiyaa, you will find some fault. But Allah is faultless".

Is it permissible for him to say that there were faults in Ambiyaa?
