Q: In Bahishti Zewar, there are many masaail that speak about a husband who can have sexual intercourse with a minor. There was 1 certain masa'ala that (if a husband has sexual intercourse with a minor where there is a fear of her vaginal tissues coming together then ghusl is not fard upon her pg. 74 quoted briefly).

Mas'ala was quite graphic and gave me a headache just by thinking about it. My question is, won't that be considered as paedophilia. Does Islam really allow having intercourse with minors. If not then why are these masaail mentioned in Fiqhi books. Your detailed explanation will highly be appreciated.

Q: Is it permissible to read fiction by Muslim authors and the reason for its permissibility or non permissibility?

Q: Some Ulama from the Deobandi school of thought have included the Salafis as a part of Ahlus Sunnah Wal Jamaa'ah and some haven't. They have done this primarily on the basis of Aqeedah. Someone also told me that Moulana Husayn Ahmed Madani had some 'Salafi' beliefs specifically regarding Aqeedah. After some searching I found it to be true.  If that is the case, and their Aqeedah is also correct, why should we then regard them as deviated? Isn't it just another valid ikhtilaaf from many. 

My second question is that, is there Ijmaa' on the compulsion of following a Mazhab, or is it only for the betterment of this pure Deen of ours?

Q: I reverted to Islam around 2 and a half years ago alhamdulillah but only my mother and a few people know about it and they dont approve at all. I've prayed and made dua for them to finally accept it and allow me to be Muslim but it hasn't worked. I cant pray, read the Quraan, or eat what I'm supposed to so I dont know what to do or how to have Allah to help me.

Does this mean it's not meant to be or am I doing something wrong? Is there a specific dua I can make to get help?

Q: Is the time between Nabi (sallallahu alaihi wasallam)'s demise until Qiyaamah also going to be regarded as fatrah since there is no messenger to come?

Q: If a person reverts to Islam, is it compulsory for them to change their name on their ID to their new Islamic name?

Q: Will we get anything we want in Jannah as Allah mentioned in the Quraan i.e if a man of the lowest rank in paradise wants more than a thousand hoors, will he get it or not?

1. What is the condition of someone's Imaan if they curse the Sahaabah (radhiyallahu anhum), e.g. the Shias?

2. One who does not curse the Sahaabah (radhiyallahu anhum) but supports those who curse them, are these people still considered to have Imaan or have they left the fold of Islam?

Q: Can Allah Ta'ala speak like us? Does Allah Ta'ala have hands, eyes, face, etc. like us? I have read many times in the Quraan that Allah Ta'ala spoke to Hazrat Moosa (alaihis salaam) and with Nabi (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) in Miraaj. Kindly clear these questions.
