Q: Is it correct that Nabi (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) didn't laugh in a manner that we say 'khilkhila kar hansna' in Urdu?

Q: Last night myself and my husband were having an argument about him being a bully. I bowed down to my husband to prove to him he is always right and I am wrong. Not realizing what I was doing. Is this shirk and does this nullify my nikaah?
Q: I am a resident of UK, originally from Kurdistan, Iraq. I did not follow a particular mazhab/fiqh before as I was unaware of the four mazhabs. I met a Muslim friend in my university and we prayed zuhr salah together. He informed me about the sunnah salah before the fard salah of zuhr which I never knew was sunnah because I have only prayed the fard salah in the past without ever praying anything before or after. We prayed Asr together as well and he said to wait because he followed the Hanafi Mazhab and the time for Asr starts later according to the Hanafi Mazhab.
He explained to me the various sunnah salah associated with the daily five prayers and told me that people form Kurdistan follow the Shafi'i Mazhab. He gave me a breakdown of the daily salahs as mentioned below but he said this is according to the Hanafi Mazhab. He did not know if it was the same according to the Shafi'i Mazhab. Can you tell me the Salah breakdown below for the Shafi'i Mazhab? What will be different?
Fajr - 2 Sunnah Muakkadah, 2 Fard
Zuhr - 4 Sunnah Muakkadah, 4 Fard, 2 Sunnah Muakkadah, 2 Nafl
Asr - 4 Sunnah Ghair Muakkadah, 4 Fard
Maghrib - 3 Fard, 2 Sunnah Muakkadah, 2 Nafl
Esha - 4 Sunnah Ghair Muakkadah, 4 Fard, 2 Sunnah Muakkadah, 2 Nafl, 3 Witr Wajib, 2 Nafl
Jumuah - 4 Sunnah Muakkadah, 2 Fard, 4 Sunnah Muakkadah, 2 Sunnah Muakkadah, 2 Nafl

Q: I am reverted to Islam and used to be a Hindu. I do not worship idols but during some days Hindu people worship the dead people of their family to show them respect and for that they burn something like coal in name of them and prostate in front of them. I am secretly following Islam and my mother told me to prostrate in front of that even though I was a Muslim, I just sat down and took my head down. I did not touch the ground with my nose and head and was taking name of Allah. I cannot say no to my parents. Have I done shirk? I even cried after this in front of Allah and I am now feeling that I do not deserve to be a servant of Allah. What can I do now?
Q: I was passing by the road and on a car's mirror it was written God forbid "Jesus is the lord" god forbid. I said to my self that there is no lord. But I didn't mean to say it to Allah. I have belief in Allah. Now what I said did it made me sinful?
Q: Please give me the ruling regarding the following:
Question: In order to convince someone of something, someone said, for example, "So-and-so does not have a car. May I be a disbeliever if he has!" Is it considered to be an oath?
Answer: There are two rulings on this issue:
1. If one says, "So-and-so does not have a car. May I be a disbeliever if he has," the relevant person becomes a disbeliever whether that person has a car or not. One's intention does not count. That is, it is not valid.
2. If one utters something that causes disbelief with the intention of taking an oath, he is considered to have taken an oath. However, such an oath is not a Muslim's oath.

Can you please shed some light on the above mentioned book?
