The knowledge of Allah Ta'ala

1. Is it incorrect to say that Allah Ta'ala feels us or understands our state? I know He knows everything, but what about the usage of the above mentioned words?

Q: If someone feels pain in his back and said O Allah! Why did it happen today. It would have come tomorrow. This statement is according to shariya or not and who speaks it will remain a muslim or not and his nikah will be considered valid?
