Q: May some worldly harms of intentionally not performing Fardh Salaat be given.

Q:

1. I offered my Asr salah aproximately 30 seconds before the Maghrib Adhan. Will I have to repeat the prayer because I offered it in the forbidden time?

2. I did not have the niyyah of offering the prayer as qadha? Is it necessary to also specify in the niyyah that the prayer is qadha?

Q: I would like to know what is the provision of using the loudspeakers in Islam. We have recently moved homes, and the mosque next to us loudly starts prayers at 4.45am, then 5am, then 5.30am and so on through the day, using the loudspeakers at maximum volume. Is this allowed according to the shariat? 

Q: Is it permissible that a person can offer Salah in a t-shirt that is half sleeved and does not have any image printed upon it? Also what is the ruling regarding three quarter shorts.

Q: I'm currently offering my qadha salahs for which each day matters alot. I suffered from istihadah this month and was told not to offer qadha salah during istihadah. Kindly let me know the ruling of qadha salah and recitation of Quran during istihadah.

Q: Why is the Azan and iqama given when a baby is born?

Q: If a person omits salaah intentionaaly and does not pray it at the prescribed time, can he pray it as qazaa at the time of the next salaah or when the time of that prayer is finished?

Q: When we sit between the two prostations, is it mandatory to say rabbigh firlee or is it just recommened? Kindly tell me the Hanafi view regarding this and if possible please also tell me what the Maaliki, etc. say. I came to know that it is mandatory to say this and salaah is not valid without this.

Q: Let's suppose we are offering zuhr namaz or any other namaz as a muqtadi in the mosque behind the Imaam. In the second rakat when we get up from the first rakat do we have to say the "Tasmia"in the start of second rakat?

Q: I am offering namaz as a muqtadi in the mosque. I want to know that at the start of the prayer when we say "Allah hu Akbar" do we have to say "Sanna" only or do we have to say "Ta'awwuz" and "Tasmia" as well after the "Allah hu Akbar"?
