Q: Is it permissible to read namaaz behind an imam who's garments are below his ankles?

Q:

1. A person in the state of Wudhu drinks some juice/fizzy drink/tea/coffee etc. Is it necessary to gargle the mouth before performing Salaah?
2. A person in the state of Wudhu chews some bubblegum and thereafter spits it out. The taste still lingers in the mouth.Is it  necessary to gargle the mouth before performing Salaah? The bubblegum was chewed in order to remove odour from the mouth.

Q: If a Hanafi follows a Shafi'ee imam whose salat is valid according to the Shafi'ee madhab but not the Hanafi mazhab (e.g. when doing masah of the head in wudu, the Imam did masah of just 3 straws of hair), will the salaat of the Hanafi follower be valid?

Q: Assuming in the first rakaat of witr, one recites Surah Lahab and Surah Ikhlaas in the second rakaat. Is it necessary to make sajda sahu as only Surah Falak or Surah Naas can be recited in the third rakaat but these Surahs are longer than Surah Ikhlaas. Likewise, in any other namaaz, if one recited a Surah in the second rakaat that is slightly or much longer than the surah recited in the first rakaat, what is the ruling?

Q: Is there a Hadith which says a person would wait 40 years if he new the punishment for walking in front of a musalli (a person praying salah)?

Q: Can we make qadha of witr Salaah also?

Q: Is dua after Salaah and facing the congregation a sunnah? Please elaborate.

Q: If one comes out of a coma, will he have to make qadha for those salaah that he missed while he was in a coma?

Q: I understand it is a condition of the prayer when following an imam to intend to be linked to the imam. I also understand that the intention should be such that if a person was asked regarding his prayer, he should respond immediately without having to think-otherwise his prayer is invalid. I spend several minutes trying to make the intention for prayer, for example, to intend to read Fard of Isha Behind the imam. Despite this even after a few minutes of trying to make the intention, if one was to ask me what prayer I was praying I am able to respond immediately without thinking Fard of Isha. However, I have think very briefly remind myself I am praying behind the imam. And this happens almost every time even after five minutes of intention making. I am getting depressed over this because apparantly it makes my prayer invalid. Please can you help me?

Q: In the third and/or fourth rakaat of a faraz namaaz, or in the third raakat of Magreb, after surah Faatiah, one inadvertently recites tasmiyah and is about to recite a surah but realises one’s error and goes into ruku.  Is Sajdah - e - Sahw necessary?
