Making one sajdah sahw instead of two
Q: If a person fulfilled all his past sajdah sahw as a single sajdah instead of 2 sajdas due to ignorance of it, will qaza have to be made?

Q: I pray all my salaah but most of the time when I read salaah there is no concentration (jamaat or alone). I don't know whether my salaah is accepted or not and I also get bad doubts.
Q: I wear a trousers belt, it's leather. I don't know what kind of animal skin was used to make this leather belt. I heard that if you wear leather made with pig skin and if you pray salah with it, it wouldn't be accepted, it's nearly impossible to tell if the leather is pig skin or not because where you buy it, it doesn't says. Would my salah be valid?
Q: What is the masla regarding cell phones if musical ringtones play in salaah, how should he handle it?
If someone left his phone in his jacket, and the jacket is far and the ringtone plays music in salaah and disturbs the whole jamat then what should he do, break the salaah or continue with his salaah?

1. If in namaz, just before saying salaam, either my head is on the right side or left side, if I unintentionally say Allahu akbar and then say salaam, is my namaz valid?
2. If I need to do sajda-e-sahw in this situation, how do I do it? I have alraedy recited attahiyyat, durood and dua and then before salaam I unintentionaly did this.
Q: Some Tijaniyya, not the entire group says:
Salat al-Fatih: "This prayer is 'equivalent to the recitation of all prayers of glorification to God (tasbih) that have ever been said in the universe, all Sufi prayers or remembrance of God (dhikr), every invocation (du’a) long or short . (Jawahir, p. 57.)
What is the fazaa'il of that, is it correct?
Q: While reciting qiraat in salaah, I missed the third aayah of Surah Naas (Ila hinnaas). The remainder of the surah was completed.
1) Should I have made a Sajdah e Sahw?
2) If Sajdah e Sahw was necessary, but was not made, should the salaah be repeated?
Q: Does a positive istikhaara necessarily mean that the action will be carried out? Does that mean it is decreed?
