Q: I do forex trade in Islamic account which is swap free and I don't take any leverage. For example if I deposit 10000 rupees in my account I will buy dollars from these rupees and will sell them when the price of the dollar increases. Is this profit permissible for me?

Q: Many financial institutions nowadays have rewards programs where you earn points for every swipe that you do with the credit card. Some you need to pay a yearly fee to be part of the club others you don’t pay anything. Just by swiping you earn points. Is it permissible to use these points?

Q: I work in a construction company and I’m responsible for selling the scrap from the workshop. However, when I sell the scrap for e.g. $2000, I keep $100 for myself and make an invoice for $1900 and submit it to the accounts department. Is this considered haraam?
Q: I stay in a rented apartment which has a common park and green area for its tenants. Is it permissible for me to grow some herbs, like coriander, in the common green area and use it for myself?
