Paying a charted accountant interest money

Q: A man passed away leaving behind a wife and six children. In his lifetime, he contributed monthly towards a retirement fund, and whilst alive, he had written and signed that he had made his wife 100 % benefactor of this fund. In addition, he had a house in which his wife and children live. In his lifetime, he mentioned to his wife that 'this house is for you'. Does this fund and house form part of the inheritance to be distributed?

Q: I wanted to know about "push present" which is a gift from a husband to his wife for her giving birth of the child. It is usually called "push present" because the wife pushes the baby out. Is a push present allowed in Islam? The wife usually expects a gift from the husband because she has suffered nine months and labour as well. Is it ok for her to seek a gift from her husband?

Q: Is it permissible to collect some money as a salary in advance from the bank that I operate with so that at the end of the month they will deduct the amount that I collected from them from my salary and some extra money as charge fee.
Q: Is it permissible to give away your child,s clothes or other things that were bought with the intention of it being for that child or bought with money gifted to the child? As I had learnt that you can't give it away unless you seek permission from the child once his of age of you replace it with monetary value.
Q: Could you please explain to me what is interest, riba and usury. If one has the talent to do a halal business (by Allah) and no money, and other has money but he can't do business, the one who is giving the money to the first person for the business and asking him to give a profit of 50% and at last he should return his money. Does this come under interest/riba/usuary. If yes then how should the business situation be dealt with. What does one do if one did that, and falled in a loss.
