Interest bearing transaction

Q: I have an idea to build a website that has the following process:

1. The people invest in my website

2. I Invest this money on other things

3. I have profit with this money

4. I give the money back to him/her For Example: Someone invest $10 in my website, then I re-invest this money on other websites. I have $25 in revenues, then I give to him/her $11 back. The main goal is that I want the people invest in my website, then they will have a secure profit, for example for each $10 they invest i will give to him/her $1 profit. The problem is that I don't know if that is haram because the interest or if it is, please give me a way to make it halaal.

Agreeing to the rules of a contract

Q: I signed a contract for work. I didn't want to, but I didn't want to have any problems because I want to work this halaal job. At the bottom, it states, "I acknowledge receipt of this summary and the attached contract of employment. I accept the terms of my contract of employment. I have also received and read a copy of the Employee Handbook and I accept the rules, policies and procedures set in it." I signed it and the Employee Handbook is exhaustive to read (I did read it) and I am having problems with my conscience because I take my word seriously and I want to know that if I failed in some of the rules is this taken as me "lying" or what does it mean? Or does it just mean that I am liable for my failures?

Applying for a job which one is not fully qualified for

Q: I want to ask that earning from a intercede (shifarish shuda) job is halaal or haram? I mean my friend was not fully qualified for a job actually government is equipping clerks in schools. The criteria is a typist who can type 80 words per minute and they prefer to inter pass. While my friend can type but not according to demand and his typing speed is very slow and he is matric pass and doing his inter. He submitted a typing certificate in which it is written he can type 92 words per minute while his typing speed is very slow. So he applies for that job and a famous man intercedes on his behalf and he gets selected so earning from that job will be halaal or haram?
