Q: I have recently learned about binary option trading. I would like to know if it is halaal.

Q: There are "halaal" bank accounts at conventional banks, who engage in ribaa, and I was wondering if it is allowed to create an account at a conventional bank, which is closer and more convenient when there is an Islamic bank, but further away and with only I think one or two branches where I live. Because even though I would not be getting interest, they will still be benefiting from the money I gave them, via investing it in a permissible way, which helps their business, which is a ribaa bank. Please let me know if it is sinful.

Q: If I have purchased something from an online company and have been told that I have been given a $1 free credit because the item I bought was a selected item for a free credit promotion but I was not aware of any promotion when I bought it. Is this $1 haraam for me and if I can't get rid of it how should I proceed?

Q: I used to play cricket but I want to ask that some of our team boys gamble on every match. I don't, but I want to know that is it good to play in such a match where two players are gambling? They don't demand any money from us.

Q: I worked for an organisation. Every year the organisation offers 6 weeks holidays at the end of the year. My six weeks holidays finished on the 26 January 2015. In the first week of December I gave my resignation that I will not be coming back to work next year (meaning from my new work year, from the 26 January). The organisation considered it and accepted my resignation on the 31 december 2014. They paid me until December. My argument with them is that they were supposed to pay me until the end of my holidays which is the 26 January 2015 as the holidays are always counted as paid. Is this correct?

Q: I work as a taxi driver. I had a car that was always breaking down which meant I was missing a lot of work and always spending money to repair it. I have bought a car on finance. Please could you tell me if my earnings are haram as I am being charged interest on this finance.

Q: Is the trading concept of 'Drop Shipping' permissible? If yes, please provide some tips/advice on the correct methods to use as a Muslim trader. There are a few issues that can occur. Examples:

-Seller does not have physical stock of the item.

-Seller does not see the condition of the item (as it goes directly to the customer).

-Seller may realize that the supplier is out of stock on an item after the customer makes a purchase.
