Q: A brother used to rape his own minor sister for many years. Later this same siter kills her brother, will she be accountable in the court of Allah?

Infertility treatment

Q: We are married for more than 8 years. We have no children. We are trying to get kids from the beginning but not yet. Doctor advised us to take through test tube. Is it acceptable according to Quran or Hidith?

Gheebat

Q: I have a question that I have a distant uncle who is sick and old and that when I  inquired about his health from my brother over the phone he said that he's not well and doesn't recognise people, today when I met with another relative he was asking me about this uncle and I said that he's not well and that he doesn't recognise people. My question is that is it a gheebat (backbite)?  Please advice me.

Remaining perpetually in sin

Q: I had a question regarding committing a sin. If a person does one bad deed then he get one sin but example what if he is doing a sin which is a continuous sin example he is involved in interest or he doesn't keep a beard so is there something like he is getting a sin every second that passes untill he comes out of that sin?

Using a respirator

Q: A person in hospital is on a respirator and the Doctors advise the family to have the respirator removed.

  1. Does the Shariah permit the use of a respirator?
  2. If it is correct to use a respirator, can the doctors/family decide when to remove the respirator?
  3. If again it is permissible, after what period of time should the doctors/family make the decision?
  4. Is it best to make Istikarah?

Making Salaam when greeting

Q: I want to know about salaam. I heard or read in book when Nabi (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) used to meet any one He use to greet him with salaam and when departing then also with salam. Is it correct if someone says Allah Haafiz or Allah ki hifazaat when departing or Sabaahul Khair? Please  give me some explanation according to Hadith.
