Paying one's staff the full salary

Q: I am heading a small stitching and knitting centre where three ladies work. They are all Alhamdulillah purda observant and no male goes there. One of them is on a permanent job. Rest of the two also want their job to be permanent. But the problem is they are overage. They say that they will provide duplicate identity card with less age than actual. That's how the first lady also got permanent. Right now they receive only Rs.5000 and getting permanent means Rs.15000 salary. They are needy and very hard working. They have been working like that for 5-6 years but no increase in wage unless they get permanent. My husband has the authority to give job. I want to ask that will it be appropriate for my husband to give them job while we know that their NIC is a fake one? I really wish to help them but how?

Giving gifts to one's wife

Q: I have been getting myself closer in following the Sunnahs of our beloved Nabi (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) and trying to become a better Muslim and my wife stood by me and supported me she even ties my turban for me. I am 26 years old and the question that I have is as follows, what gifts did Nabi (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) gift to his wives to increase or show love? I can get her anything but I would like to know what did our beloved Nabi (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) give so I can emulate this behaviour as well?

Bargaining

Q: A man buys something whether it is clothes or mobile phone or anything. Will he have to bargain for the thing he's buying or not ? If a person is rich and he doesn't matter about price he just buys the thing as it rates will it be okay according to Sharia?

Early settlement discount

Q: I am in retail and many suppliers state their terms similar or as follows: COD 10% 30 Days 7% 60 Days - No discount This is the general practise amongst most wholesalers and it is clear when an account is being opened. If there is a change we are informed well in advance. I sometimes take the full 60 days without a discount but on occasions where my cash flow is better, I do take advantage of their different settlement discounts. Is this permissible?
