Attending a function where people are engaged in gheebat

Q: If a person attends a wedding and he hears people doing gheebat and is unable to stop them then is it permissible to sit in that place?

فلو على المائدة لا ينبغي أن يقعد بل يخرج معرضا لقوله تعالى : - { فلا تقعد بعد الذكرى مع القوم الظالمين }

Looking at photos

Q:

1. I wanted to ask whether it is sinful to look at photographs? Or can we can look at photos of our mahrams?

2. We are not allowed to look at non mahrams. Does it mean that we cannot look at him even at a glance for once? For eg. We need to see for once, so as to know who is our brother in law, or neighbour, uncle i.e. just for recoginition purposes.

Sincere tawbah

Q: I have a friend who entered an unlawful relationship about 7 months ago. She ended the relationship after two months due to the guilt. She feels very impure and cries a lot about her sin. She claims to believe in Allah's forgiveness, but is unable to bear herself. She breaks down a lot and feels like she is no longer a good and pure woman. She also feels like it is wrong to put it behind her. Is it possible that Allah has wiped away her sin and purified her?

Islamic TV channels

Q: I have a question that watching TV is not allowed in Islam then why so many Islamic tv channels. Why we are watching Islamic knowledge on TV? Why so many people create videos of Islamic knowledge and upload it on YouTube and other sites? I hope you will give me answer.

Children watching videos in school

Q: I have a question regarding my little brother who is going into a Islamic School in Chicago. He is only 7 years old. In his Islamic school they show kids Islamic/non-Islamic videos of animate objects on the screens, sometimes for educational reasons and sometimes for fun. I know watching these things are not permissible but in his case what should one do to stop this evil? How should this matter be approached?

Also his school has qualified teachers that are teaching there from the Deobandi school of thought. When we can't change their mindset then due to him being only 7 years old, is it permissible to participate in these kind of things. Also we are left with no choice of putting him into any other Islamic school because the situation is much worse and the government wants every child to be in school. If the answers can be mentioned in detail that would be highly appreciated.

Speaking ill about an Arab

Q: I recently had an argument with my friend. I read an article about Prince Muhammad bin Salman calling Trump the Muslims best friend. I told my friend that I think he's such a sellout. My friend responded by saying that it was improper for me to say so as Nabi (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) said it that was not permissible to say anything bad about an Arab and it was impermissible to hate them.
