Q: If a father is sick and incurs medical expenses, who is responsible to bear these expenses?

Q: What should a person do in the situation where he needs to bring his ailing mother into his home so that he can look after her, but his wife is unhappy with this? He has explained to his wife that he will look after his mother and tend to her, yet she is still upset and refuses to speak to him. What does Shari’ah instruct in this situation?

Q: I would like to know if my doctor is a Jew, can I continue going to him?

Q: It was maghrib time and azaan was calling and I don't know who was calling the azaan but I had some thought going through my head about this person, someone was talking about him the other day and was saying he is (addar magaj) thats in gujrati. I don't no exact meaning in English but something about brain. He does what he wants to do. Whatever is in his head, he does what ever he wishes to do. Alhumdulillah, he is a very pious person. So azaan was calling and I dont know if he was doing azaan because he does sometimes azaan now in my mind comes his name and that he is (addar magaj ) and azaan was calling, is it kufr? I didnt say it with mouth. I wont call him so I dont really like to listen to things about people but I am worried if it is kufr. Is my nikah valid? Im not sure who was giving azaan. If it was him and that comes in my mind, is my nikah valid? I repeated the kalimah as well. I didnt say it with my mouth but now Im not sure if I said it with my mouth. Im mostly sure I didnt say it with mouth. Is my nikah valid? Is it kufr?

Q: If one’s parents are not bed-ridden, but due to old age or sickness, they are unable to take care of themselves, whose responsibility will it be to look after them and assist them?

Q: Is it permissible for a husband to prevent his wife from visiting her terminally ill parents who live near her home and are in need of her khidmat as there is no one else to make their khidmat? If she goes to make khidmat of her ailing parents against her husband’s instruction, will she be sinful? What does Shari’ah command her to do in such a situation?

Q: I spoke some words against almighty god and I am very repentfull for it. I love Allah with all my heart very much. People are saying that I am out of deen. I love Allah very much and I testify that there is no god but Allah and Muhammad (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) is the messanger of Allah. Is there taubah for me and am I out of deen?

Q: Is being sarcastic correct according to the Sunnah and Quran? I mean sometimes sarcasm can hurt someone. Please explain in this case. 

Q: I think I have to do nothing with my life. I have been working hard to make it better but, by time it is getting even worse. I think Allah doesn't need me as well. Can I commit suicide, so that it can help me or people around me?

Q: It's been almost 6 months that I don't speak to my mother and I need advice.
