Celebrating birthdays

Q: I want to ask regarding celebrating family kids birthday parties. My in laws are not very religious so if someone's kid in their family celebrates a birthday party or celebrates a birthday party at home, what should I do?

I tell them that birthdays are not allowed in Islam and they even say "yes we know, we just doing it to keep the kids happy they can get toys or clothes on this occasion". If I don't go then my husband and in laws get upset and they tell me that I am not part of the family.

Is enjoying peace in the grave a sign of entering Jannah?

Q:

1. According to hadiths, the believer who is able to answer the three questions from the angels sent to the grave for questioning will be given a garden from paradise and will have a pleasant experience inside the grave. Based on this alone, would the person experiencing this still have anxiety on the day of judgement?

2. Would this blessing of the grave already give them an indication as to how their fate will be decided? Does being blessed in the grave and the lack of punishment mean that the fate has already been decided by Allah Ta'ala?

Renewing one's Imaan due to having a wrong belief

Q: A man made nikaah with a lady. After a few years of marriage, the lady said to the husband that from the age of nine she believed that Allah will accept the worship of the Hindus as they claim to worship God through their idols, though she did not express her belief in words. At the time of their nikaah, she maintained this belief. A few days ago she realised that such a belief is incorrect and has since repented to Allah. What is the status of their nikaah?
