Q: A man made nikaah with a lady. After a few years of marriage, the lady said to the husband that from the age of nine she believed that Allah will accept the worship of the Hindus as they claim to worship God through their idols, though she did not express her belief in words. At the time of their nikaah, she maintained this belief. A few days ago she realised that such a belief is incorrect and has since repented to Allah. What is the status of their nikaah?

Q:

1. A person at work renounced Islam. After 6 months, through the grace of Allah, he entered into the fold of Islam again. He is now asking me what is the ruling regarding the following:

- His rewards and sins of the past

- His qadhaa salaah before renouncing Islam

- His zakaat

2. Is it also correct that his Hajj as well as his nikaah will have to be redone?

3. Is there any other masaail that is pertanant for such a person to know?

Q: If a person got a doubt while in prayer about Hoors. The doubt was something like "Hoors are created from the Noor of Allah". He thought that he had read it somewhere when he actually had not. He said that he will research it after prayer. If he believes it but upon searching he found that it is not true, had he committed kufr? 

Q: Is it correct according to Islam that a believer rejoices on his suffering too because suffering produces endurance?

Q: Is saying wallah I worship something other than Allah shirk?

Q: Some people say "Jesus" if something goes wrong. They just say it and I sometime say Jesus instead of saying "O my god". Can we say Jesus?

Q: Whats the ruling on a new born child? We performed aqeeqah after 7 days, gave some food in sadaqah and we had a Quraan khatam after 40 days. My question is about the 40 days thing, is it cultural or an Islamic sunnah?

Q: I was invited to attend a khatam. Can you explain what it is and am I in the wrong for not attending as I was requested but I follow the sunnah of Nabi (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) and was it ever mentioned to do khatam or milad and so on?
