Q: In calculating all one's missed salaahs in life, does one start from the age of 12 or 15 if one cannot recall when one had become baaligh?

Q: A person normally prays on a chair (can't sit on the ground because of his back). Is it permissable for him to pray his salaah in his car (facing the qibla)?

Q: I've prayed Salaah with a garment on many occassions and just recently discovered a hole in it slightly above the knees. Since the male awra is above the knees does that mean all of those prayers were invalid, and do I have to make them up? Also do skinny jeans invalidate salah since they show the shape of the legs?

Q: A six year old girl learns to masturbate. She gets baaligh at the age of 15. At a later age she repents and starts offering qadha salaah and rozas. Since when should she count her missed salaahs and rozas? From six years or fifteen years?

Q: If a tourist want to travel at 9:30pm and destination to be at 6:30am. In this case how a tourist can perform fajr Salah without ablution assuming there is no water and the bus is unstoppable unless it reaches its destination? Note: Distance covered 450km.

Q: Are we supposed to repeat the words of Mu'azzin while he is doing azaan?

Q: I heard that praying fajr after sunrise is an act of shirk. But what if I accidentally prayed fajr 2 minutes after sunrise without knowing it was past the time for fajr?

1. If there are women following the Imam, does he have to make a specific niyyah for them?

2. If he makes general niyyah for all those following him, will it suffice?

3. If he didnt know there were women following him, will their salaah be accepted?

4. If he knew but didn't make intention for them, will their salaah be accepted?

1. Is witr Salaah waajib or fard?

2. If I pray my fard for esha and missed my witr, then is it a sin?
