Performing witr salaah behind the Imaam in Makkah Mukarramah
Q: As a Hanafi when performing witr salaah behind the Respected Makkah Imaam, should we make salaam after two rakaats or not?

Q: I have a lot qadha salaahs to make up. I am performing as many as possible after each five Salaahs. I perform qadha salaah instead of sunnat ghair muakkadah and nafils. I would like to know, is it ok to miss out performing sunnat muakkada as well so I can complete all my qadhas quicker by being able to pray more?
Q: Is it allowed for a woman to lead Salaah with women?
Q: If I miss my four sunnats of Zuhr before the fardh, when should I read them, after the two sunnats or before the two sunnats?
Q: How many men make a jamaat?
Q: I'm on my way to durban and I want to know if I can read on the way zohr and asr together?
Q: If one has missed Fajr due oversleep, and one is going to make it up after sunrise or before praying Dhuhr, should he make the recitation loudly or silently if one is praying alone? And what if one performs it together with other people? Or with someone who wants to join him as a nafila for him?
Q: My question is about the speed of the recitation of the Qur'an during tarawih.
The accent is put on reciting the required amount of verses per night, but it seems nobody cares about tajweed. In fact for some Asian people, the quickest you recite, the more great you are. That makes asians qurra' and 'ulama look terrible in front of arab scholars, who might not recite the whole qur'an but their recitations are alright.
With Ramadhan coming in summer season and with short nights, these recitations will become the norm. And finally there exists this trend of reciting the Qur'an in one night, where tajwid rules are literally butchered, some 'ulama say it is haram to do so, what do you say on this?
Q: If we are short in time when praying salat, instead of reading the whole "Allahumma salli `ala muhammadin wa.." in Durood, can we suffice with just "Salla allahu alayhi wa sallam", will the sunna be fulfilled by this? Also, is it ok to just mention the Prophet as a pronoun or should he be mentioned by name i.e. "Salla allahu ala Muhammedin wa sallam"?
Q: In a book I acquired in 1978 called kitaab-us salaah printed by the young men's Muslim association which has been my guide ever since. I have now recently discovered the performance of Salaatul lail which is not mentioned in this book nor have I performed it previously. Can Mufti please throw some light on this.
