Salaah

Q: A salaah in which a wajib was left out, it is wajib to repeats within its time. But what if the time is over, is it still wajib to repeat it. Also such prayer can it be prayed at any time like after few days or is the order to pray it befor the next prayer obligatory? Do all makruh tahrimi acts, like omitting wajib, prayed with pictures on the cloth or towards a picture make it wajib to repeat the salaah? Or is it in some cases only sunnah or mustahab to repeat it?

Q: If one does after performance of salaah find a picture that would make his salaah makruh, is it still makruh since he was unaware of the picture or forgot completely to  cover it when he commenced the salaah? and what if he was unaware when he commenced the salaah, but during salaah he saw the picture or remembered he forgot to cover a picture? I assume in such cases there is no karahaat.

Q: If one is performing Asr 15 minutes before Magrib and a mistake in salaah is made which neccasiated sajdah sahw, should he make the sajdah sahw or omit it? If he has to omit must he re-pray the salaah since does leave out a wajib? 

س: لو وقع أثناء الصلاة إفتتاح جزء قليل من عورة الرجل، مثلا في حالة السجدة تحرك قميصه، و أدى ذلك إلى إفتتاح جزء قليل من عورة الرجل، و لكنه وقع بغير العمد و في وقت قليل (مثلا أثناء السجدة فقط). هل في الحالة المذكورة الصلاة - صحيحة؟

Q: When arranging the row for prayer I saw that one man had a trouser with a PUMA logo (animation of a jaguar) at the side of the leg, so I did not stand next to him, but I stood next to the person who was standing next to him so that this animated picture would be not visible to me. However when we stood up for the 2nd rakah the man was for some seconds still in the sajdah posture so I saw this animated picture. Did my salaah become makruh and must I repeat it?

Q: At work we have a Namaaz room or Jamaat Khana. The question I have is that do we need to give azaan for the different Namaaz. At  times we have only 2 people reading the salaat but do not know if there will be someone coming. For Dhur Namaaz we have a Jamaat of about 4 to 5 people.

Q: Letters which have similar sounds like: ذ , ز , ظ does mixing up between them nullify the salaah? Also ت , ط and also ث , س , ص and also د , ض and also ح , ه and also ا , ع also ق, ك does mixing up between these letters nullify the salaah? I read that there a different views, but what is view that is to be taken ? And what did the majority say?

Q: If in the row behind the imaam the person next to me wears a pigskin-leather jacket, and this jacket touches my clothes or my bare skin (as it will obviously do since we must stay close together in the row) during qiyam, ruku, sujud, tashahhud. Will this affect the validity of my Salaah? Does the validity matter if it touches my clothes or the bare skin? Am I considered the carrier of the jacket when it touches me?

Q: Is it permissible to read qadha after fajr and after asr salaah?

A divergence of up to 45 degrees to the left or right of the true direction of the Qiblah is overlooked.  If one performed Salā hh facing beyond 45 degrees from the true direction of the Qiblah, then that salāh will be invalid.

و استند الشيخ فراز بن آدم المحمودي (تلميذ إبراهيم ديسائي) في هذا الفتوى إلى : (الدر المختار من نسخة حاشية ابن عابدين ج 1 ص 427-429 أيج أيم سعيد) و إلى (أحسن الفتاوى ج 2 ص 313 أيج أيم سعيد). أحتاج إلى التدقيق في المسألة. هل فهمت صحيحا: لو وقع الصلاة بالميل عن الإتجاه الحقيقي للقبلة، و هذا الميل لا يخرج عن حدود 45 درجة من اليمين - فالصلاة في
هذه الحالة - صحيحة، و إن وقع هذا الميل عمدا؟ و كذلك عندما وقع من اليسار؟ هل فهمت صحيحا؟
