Q: It has come to my attention that my father pays home and car insurance. Is it permissible to make use of a car that insurance is been paid on? e.g. to use the car to go for Salaah, to do necessary shopping etc. Is it permissible to live in a house that insurance is been paid for?

Q: My father started a business, but after some time, one of his staff engaged in fraud, causing the business to become bankrupt. Now, because my father owes money to many customers, he took a loan from the bank to pay them back. However, this loan is accumulating interest which my father will have to pay to the bank. Can I use the interest money that accrues on my account which is separate to my father’s account, to pay the interest amount that my father owes to the bank?
Q: I have taken a loan from some people. I have also done coaching under some teachers without paying them. It has been quite some years (i.e. almost 4) and now I have the capability to pay them back. But unfortunately, as I am seeing, some of them whom I have met to return their deserved money, they do not want to take it back! I had to beg them to accept the money. They just would not take it! Q: I bought a brand new xiaomi smartphone in 2016. But the next year after I checked on government regulations website, my phone was "indeed" proven illegal. Illegal here means imported without any permissions from the government (not stolen, I already know the rules about stolen items). So no doubt about this. This leaves me questions:
1. What is the ruling for anything that we bought, we didn't know it is illegal at the beginning, but then it is proven illegal afterwards? (again, illegal here = "avoid taxes" not stolen items)
2. Am I allowed to continue using this or should I get rid of it?
3. What level of investigations should every Muslim do for each business transaction like this?

Q: I am an engineer. I did manipulate my resume to get a job and I have experience in that job but I added no. of years experience in my resume because companies usually looks for no. of years experience. But I resigned from that company because I felt guilty and confused about haram or halal. On my previous company I did my work very well and I am a hard worker too. Is manipulating the resume is haram? If it is, then what about making money through that job and spending it for my family and my entire life? From last one year I don't have any job and i got no. of job offers with the previous resume and I rejected it. But this time I am so confused because in one place I saw it is fine if your giving 100 percentage to the company but there is no authentic sources. Now I got a offer letter and confused about it.
