Q: I want to ask what should a person do if he uses an abusive word for his mother due to anger issues?

Q:

1. Is it allowed in Islam to have legal weapons for self defense?

2. Is it a sunnah to have weapons for self defense?

Q: My family, especially my parents want me to get rid of my kitten that I bought but I am refusing. Can you please tell me if this is right or not. Am I committing a sin by not listening to my parents even though keeping a cat is not haraam. 

Q: If I am very certain that if I give salam to someone, that person won't answer me back as it happens always. Should I give salam to that person  everyday when they enter the home or should I refrain from this as it is increasing their sins?

Q: Is it permistable to use bedding, curtains or a cushion with a butterfly on it with no eyes or face?

Q: I do art embroidery. Will it be acceptable for me to embroider the image of an animal or insect e.g. a cat, but with the face covered?

Q: Platelet rich plasma is a procedure whereby the doctor draws the patients own blood and puts it in a vial in a machine that spins it at a fast rate. This causes the blood to separate the red blood cells from the plasma (which contains growth factors and nutrients). The plasma part of the spun blood is then withdrawn and injected into the skin to assist with healing. It can be used in many applications such as to remove skin pigmentation, wrinkles, to promote wound healing and also to induce hair growth in patients with alopecia (falling hair/no hair).

The plasma can be used with microneedling as well. Microneedling is a procedure whereby multiple needles are superficially pierced into the skin after using a local anaesthetic, to initiation the body's own healing processes and this allows for more controlled healing thereby assisting with scars, stretchmarks, pigmentation as well as to assist with hair growth.

My question is:

1. Is the use of the platelet rich plasma permissable in hairgrowth in patients with alopecia or thinning hair? There are other modalities for hair growth such as minoxidil and finasteride but these are shown to only stop hair from falling and does not assist with new hair growth. Also some reports state that the results with these are more temporary and less effective than using platelet rich plasma.

2. Would platelet rich plasma be permissable in other applications such as for scars, stretchmarks, dark skin pigmentation, wrinkles? 

Q: I always have behaved badly with my mother. It is from my childhood. Now I know it is a grave sin but after doing tawba so many times I cannot change myself. I always have negative thoughts about her instead of her favours to me. I always think about the bad side about her and disrespect comes in my mind for her. I have tried but cannot get rid of it. I know she has many faults in her for which I disrespect her in my mind but this is a grave sin. How do I get rid of these thoughts and treat her with utmost respect?

Q: I am having doubts about shirk on the martial art called wing chun. The first syllabus of wing chun is called siu lim tao. They also called "thrice prayer to buddha". The first syllabus is similar to Buddhism prayer.. I am practicing only for fighting purposes. I am not thinking about the Buddhist spiritual moves.. Will it come under shirk? 

Q: How do I balance between ibadah and everyday life? When my sisters come they complain that I don't give much time to them.. I also feel it difficult to go to someone else's home and fulfill my regular amal as it takes so much time..I also fear after marriage I will not be able to continue these aamaal as there will be so much responsibilities.. so what should I do?
