Q: I want to know what is the Islamic ruling on todays modern day warfare like spying, use of lies through media and social network against the enemy, creating chaos in enemy non-Muslim country, harming other Muslim brothers to gain trust or big position in enemy country acting as spy to help your own Muslim country. What are rulings of cold war between Muslim and non-Muslim country?

Q: I want to tell you that my graduation is going to be complete after 15 days, after that I have to move from my native place to Bangalore (India) which is 1435 km away from my native place in search for a job and let me also tell u that in our native land, bhadrak (odisha, India) has no job opportunities so I am bound to migrate to Bangalore.

I am the only son of my parents and my parents are quite old (my father is 73 yrs old and my mother is 60 yrs) and we are financially not sound. The problem is that they can't go with me because of financial problems and my father's health. But they are allowing me and forcing me to go to Bangalore in search of a job and for a better future and they are telling me don't worry about us, Allah is with us. Now, what I will do as my parents are giving me permission and forcing me to move to Bangalore for the sake of job.

So, please tell me what should I do in this situation. I have a fear of Allah that what will I tell him on the day of judgement if Allah asks me why I left my parents alone and went in search job.

Q: My friend hit her terminally ill father in anger,but repented immediately. Later on it seemed that due to the slap it caused severe damage to the brain. She is repenting so much, crying and praying and begging to Allah. She cant get over the guilt, she really loves her father. What she can do now? She is praying a lot and asking for forgiveness. Will Allah forgive her and make her father well again?

Q: I m very disobedient son of my mother, and she stays unhappy with me, i always try to be good and be obedient but sometimes i loose control over myself and do things which she hasnt allowed me. Today i said a deep sorry to her and made a dua for forgiveness as well, i want to be an obedient son, so i can be successful in life and make my mother happy. So what can i do? Is there any special way to keep god control over myself or any wazifa that will make have god control over myself and be obedient.

Q: Could you please assist and advise if the following is permissible? In Homeopathy, there exists a therapy called Auto Sanguines therapy. This involves taking some of a person's blood and creating a medicine with it, which is taken orally. Is this permissible?

The definition of Auto Sanguine is: In Auto-sanguis dilution therapy, small doses of the patient’s blood are prepared as a homeopathic remedy. The effectiveness of this therapy is rooted in the homeopathic principle that small doses of a substance reverse symptoms caused by large doses of the same substance. People who suffer form an autoimmune disease have elevated levels of pro-inflammatory agents, antibodies, and circulating immune complexes in their bloodstream, all of which are involved in the abnormal immune response. A homeopathic mixture containing minute traces of these substances can reduce or even completely eliminate the autoimmune response. Autosanguis therapy simply means using blood from a patient as a medicine to treat a condition that that patient is suffering from.

Q: I have plans to open a hotel in the area I live in as there are many tourist attractions here. I need to know the ruling when guests come to my hotel and bring alcohol from outside. What am I to do in such a situation?

Q: I understand that it is a sin to discuss one's sin with a friend due to it showing a lack of shame. What if I am the one who hasn't committed the sin, but it's my friend that is talking about matters that relates to his sins with me? How should I handle these conversations despite already trying to give da'wah? Do I get sins also for indulging or contributing to this conversation since it might be displeasing to Allah? 

Q: Is keeping the feet towards the qibla sinful? In hajj many people keep their feet towards the qibla and sit there or recite Quran like this.

If someone has to read salah lying on the bed, doesn't he have to keep his feet towards qibla?

At the place of weekly talim I always have to sit at tashahud position keeping my back towards the qibla as the seating arrangement is like this, so many of our feet is towards the qibla. Do I suggest to them to change the arrangements?
