Q: What is makrooh tanzihi and tahrimi?

Q: I have a few questions about the eye and pictures. 

If one is studying how the eye functions and its diseases, is it permissible for one to view the eye? If a diagram of the inner eye is drawn, should one erase it, or is it not necessary considering its not the outer eye part?

Can a woman become an ophthalmologist to treat only females to avoid other females going to male ophthalmologists?

Q: What does Islam say about keeping dogs as pets? I am not speaking about keeping dogs for security purposes. I know that is permissible.

Q: Do animals have their own wish or do they do what Allah wishes?

1. When leaving the house, is it sunnah to leave with the right foot or left foot, some Ulama say one should leave with the right foot and others say one should leave with the left foot, which one is correct?

2. Did Nabi Muhammad (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) leave the house with the right foot or the left foot?

Is there any hadith Reference for the above?

Q: Is drawing of animate (Japanese style cartoons) also haram? I have only one skill and that is drawing. What should I do? Did Allah give me this skill for nothing? I'm so confused about my future. 

Q: Is it correct to say that a person always remains angry, there may be Allah's maslihat and wisdom in it?

Q: Please could you assist as to whether it would be permissible to use capsules appetite suppressant. I'm not sure of the origin of the capsule.

Q: What is the Islamic procedure for one who is on life support/a ventilator. Are there any conditions where it is allowed for the life support to be removed? Please clarify. 

Q: I am a married woman with a kid. My family stopped talking to me since my mother is under pressure from my other siblings by not giving me respect and always taunting me about my past mistakes. Due to which I maintain some distance with my family. Am I doing any zulm to my family by a keeping distance. They are all well off and I feel they need me except to be subservient.
